Seeing the old man hop on that and smiling ear to ear brings me back to when I was young all my friends driving to my house with these. Fun little rippers!
I grew up with this quad. Not me necessarily, but my buddies all had one. I absolutely loved them. Totally nostalgic feeling ever time I hear one running. 🤘🏻
I had a red and white one when they first came out. Had a DG pipe and sillencer, Boyseen power reeds, and a twist throttle. I loved that quad, great to hear it again.
I had one of these growing up. This brings backs some great memories. Mine was black and yellow.
Me and my buddy are building him up a blaster rn so this is a good video to see rn... only 7 days ago. Glad too see this channel still kicking
Yes sir new videos coming every week, thanks for watching 🤘
I'm 5'10" and 150 lbs... I love my blaster. It rips pretty hard. I've done a lot of work to it. Long live the blasters! Love the video
I have an 06 blaster se as well, love that thing to death. Built my girl one and she loves hers as well! Great machines, easy maintenance, easy to take apart, can rebuild a top end in like 30 minutes 😂
Im 6'5" 240lbs love my balster for ripping around the back yard and occasionally trail shredding. Never selling it
How does it fit? I’m 6’2” and worried about being to small for me
fun lil machine
A riding buddy of mine had a Blaster back in the 90’s…they are so fun to ride!
Couldn’t believe how fun they were lol!!
That was my first at 15 I was mad my parents didn’t get me the raptor until I got home and rode it I apologized quickly me and my friends rode the wheels off in high school def blessed
Simple, easy to work on.
I’m a 5’8 130 lb 13yr old and I have one of these at my New Hampshire house it’s a 6-speed 400cc blaster and I’m bringing home to my other house to go in my back trails these things are amazing
I've never owned a Blaster but am almost done with Phase I of a two phase build on a '95 for my daughter. Phase I is rebuilding the engine and addressing all the wear and tear items in the chassis and suspension. Phase II will be to make it pretty. Will be riding it very soon!
Nice dude!
I have 98 blaster they are so fun
Fun, snappy little machines.. But not great hill climbers.. 👍👍👍
Rolled mine a couple weeks ago doing a hill climb tried to downshift midway and kicked back 😂
With a +2 or +3 swing arm would definitely help if you’re doing lots of hill climbs but it’s ntb stock just gotta lean forward a bit and remember it’s got a short wheel base!
By definition it's obviously not a huge hill climber smh...
They can do decent hill climbs just depends the set up mine shreds up hills
@@codyarnold2197definitely depends on the setup, I’ve rode mine up some gnarly stuff but I’m a little more sketchy then most
nice wheelies Dom!!
Very nice Blaster! Don't find them like that anymore!
Love the blaster baby banshee
Just traded my beloved kawasaki ninja 600 for a blaster literally 2 weeks ago and its my first 2 stroke its a pretty clean bike got the same exhaust full fmf gold series good tires and brand new carb on it i gotta jet the carb tho its running crazy lean but other then that it starts first kick and it deff has balls was not expecting it to be thar fast and its running lean rn so its not even as fast as it should be
I remember being 11 and didn't understand physics or motors and always got pissed when in straight aways my buddies in a yz80, a 77 cr125, and a blaster always smoked me in a 86 big red 250. Lol. Great memories tho. Always thought blasters and LT250s had the coolest stock bumpers
Yes quite a big hike for us, but you never know. Would like to travel and ride more places 🤘
Yeah...shout out to the Sabo.
For sure, dude has amazing detail in his builds
I want one too, well build one for my kid.
You should buy that off him. Those are hard to find in that condition. Deff a collectible
He sold it for big profit after this video!
@@lifeatv i bet he did that things looks mint, even has stock dunlop tyres from what i see damn
When I was a young I had one of these and crashed into my neighbors house. I was doing a wheelie with a friend on the back & he pulled me off when he fell & it didn’t die out an kept going straight into the house😂
Man that’s something you don’t forget 🤣
350 raptor oder 200 blaster ?🤔😃
Approximately what is a good price to pay for something like this exact model and this year? Are there better machines out there today, or not like this? Thanks guys!
Blaster typically go for really cheap. 1500-2500 is about where they go in my area. I will say tho that they are hard to find in this condition, this quad was a 2006 and basically brand new. You just don’t see that now a days.
@@lifeatv Thanks, I'm looking for something with some speed and pep for my son, but with room to grow into. He's a fresh 10 year old. That 200 looked awesome. Any other recommendations similar or maybe something newer? Thank you!
I think that’s a good quad for him for sure. I always recommend someone a little older a Honda 400ex. Can ride that quad slow or fast and it’s an awesome trail bike. Air cooled and super reliable.
ls the Yamaha blaster considered a utility or sport ATV?
Beginner sport ATV!
Is dom still selling his big raptor
