Omg! “We like to be outside, but we don’t like to GO outside” 🎯 I know when I’m feeling anxious being in nature helps make me feel better and more calm almost immediately. In the moment when I’m feeling really anxious all I wanna do is lay in bed, cover up with my blankets be by myself in my room. It takes forever I just lay there feeling so anxious. Finally I peel myself out of bed and drag myself outside and I instantly feel better. And then I say “I don’t know why I didn’t just come out side sooner” 🤦🏽♀️😂
