But I think there's a flaw in your gameplay that you should improve on which is playing different shots instead of keep playing the same one. You got the win but you worked super hard for it, running a lot. If you played against someone who was fitter than you, he might actually win because you keep playing the same shots and they can predict and anticipate where you would hit the shuttlecock to. From the video, when the opponent hits the shuttlecock to the back of the court you will always hit back the shuttlecock by playing a dropshot or a smash so if I played against you, I would hit the shuttlecock to the back of the court and prepare to move you around the court by leaning forward to defend the attack so I feel that maybe you can also hit some shots back to the opponents back court by hitting a lob.
