And in that moment, our hope is that we have not also lost Allah as we transition through this temporary life. While we are alive, our soul faces a perpetual battle with this material world. Allah does not need us, but we need Him. Although we may stumble and fall, we hope to embody the truth that we are only as strong as our relationship with Him. I hope this song will have as much meaning for you as it does for me Insha'Allah! 💛

The first few lines hit somewhere deep because you can immediately tell he’s addressing US. The people who listen to his work and follow him. I felt like he was talking to ME. And just simply stating the unwanted reality that one day we’ll forget him, just like our loved ones will forget us. This is so...vulnerable? Bare?.. Human?? It scared me at first, but wow, wow. I never expected him to show us this side...what a strong reminder that he’s human, we’re human, we’re all so, so HUMAN.

Asselamu Alaikom all, especially to my brother in Islam Siedd. I am from South Africa and I would like to say JazakAllah Gharin for your beautiful nasheeds. It is so inspiring as we can sing nice upbeat songs and yet at the same time not feel guilty as these nasheeds are directly linked to Allah and our Deen. My daughter is 4 years old and loves all your nasheeds. She sings them all day as well as asks me "mommy put that one-Ya Rabi-ya Rahmdi'. She can't pronounce it correctly yet, but this makes me proud that she is saying du'aas etc when she listens to your nasheeds. She does not even want me to change the nasheeds when its playing. She listens to it over and over as well as the Allah huma one. JazakAllah Gharin for making halaal entertainment. May Allah (SWT) bless you and your family.
