“Rabbir Hamhuma” is a song I wrote a few months ago when I became a father for the first time. I wrote this as an ode to our parents and a lullaby to our children. It's a conversation with my little one about the nature of this life and then offering him the advice Luqman (AS) gave to his son. It also features a very beautiful Dua that we’re taught to make for our parents - “Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera” [My Lord, have mercy on them (my parents) just as they cared for me when I was little]. This song has a very special place in my heart and I pray it will for you as well! ❤
May Allah bless you and your family and reward you with good in this world and in the Hereafter Ameen May Allah grant you as well as your family Jannatul Firdous without hisab or kitab and make it easier for all of us to cross the Sirat Bridge with ease Ameen
The cinematography in this video, oh my, it's just something else. It genuinely tugs at my heartstrings. As someone who's into videography, I can't help but be mesmerized by how this video is a masterclass in capturing nostalgia. The way it takes you on a journey, making you reminisce with Siedd as he grows into the incredible nasheed artist he is today, it's truly something special. One thing I absolutely adore about this is how he weaves his inner child's memories into the song. It's like a trip down memory lane, celebrating the beautiful moments of the past, and giving credit to his parents through the nasheed. It's like watching a flower you've cared for, nurtured for so long, finally bloom. The emotions, the little details with such deep meanings - it's like a treasure hunt, finding those hidden gems within the video. And that closing scene, where you see Siedd's holding the babys hand, it's like the perfect way to wrap it all up. It's the continuation of a beautiful cycle, like an orbit that never ends, a reminder of the legacy that endures and how its his time to nurture his own little beautiful flower. -ˋˏ ༻❁༺ ˎˊ-
First time I heard this, it instantly brought tears, and now I can’t stop crying! I lost my dad last year, when my daughter was 6 months old. And I’m so blessed and lucky he got to see her before he passed away. Parents are truly such a blessing.

Jazakallah khair!!❤❤ I have basically memorized all your nasheeds as they are all so heart touching, I have heard so many nasheed artists but yours is the closest meaning to Islam. May Allah (SWT) bless, guide and watch over you and your family and may He keep you on the straight path, InShaAllah.❤❤ I really hope I will be able to meet you one day, InShaAllah and I aspire to be like you in the future. Big fan, I never comment usually but this Nasheed, it's absolutely beautiful. Brings tears to my eyes every time I listen. 'By the time you learn to love, you'll have to learn to lose' 🥺 Rabbir Hamhuma Kama Rabbayani Sagheera ❤️
I heard this around the time my grandfather’s brother passed away all of a sudden. He was very gentle and loving and his kids were absolutely devastated. So were we. Shortly afterwards after two months or so my grandfather passed away as well. This song resonated with me so much because I could see how my dad just fell apart emotionally after losing his father and this dua came sincerely from the heart. Thank you ❤
I'm always listening to it since last week. It makes me reflect how life is going fast. It makes me remember my 8 year old, who's very dear to me and stays far. Thanks Siedd
I was in an Arabic shop yesterday. And this song was playing. And i could hear some men singing along. All this time i tried to understand the words in english. I was just looking at my daughter and felt emotional. In the moment, i felt so much love for her. She is 7and a half months. Thank you for this.
Siedd 😯😯😯Ma Shaa Allah I just lost my words ngl!!! The whole Nasheed I was like in a Dreamland! You're literally a legend 🥺! We're so so blessed to have a Nasheed artist like you!!! You're lyrics are ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love!!! Jazakumullah for sharing so much memories with us! Love you broooo! And Love your little ones!!!! Hope one day I can give him a hug!!! So much love for him and for your family!
Jazakallah Khair, this makes me miss my most favourite person and also reminds me to pray for them. It's an emotional song, it warms my heart and makes me sad too, it's too beautiful 🥺
Brother, just want to say that this is one of the best nasheeds ever made. The lyrics are amazing brother. Especially the summary on the essence of islam.
Video ini membuat air mataku jatuh.. coz im not only remember my mom my dad my sisters.. but "masa kecilku" dan betapa luar biasanya mereka (my mom n dad) membesarkanku.. thx for this beautiful video..
First of all… how cute are the videos of you mashallah Allah human batik! Second, I am SPEECHLESS! So many emotions!! I don’t know how to feel Subhanallah! This track is BOMB🔥🔥🔥
Insha'Allah I'll make my kids listen to it as a guidance in the future because it contains all the valuable and beautiful things, it's just straight out of the heart 🤍 Allahumma barik akhi
Im not someone who usually comments and i came across this video by chance. The visuals and vocals of this Nasheed just took me back to my own childhood and made me realise how much my parents have done for me. Thank you Siedd. Also Congratulations on becoming a father ♥️
Dear siedd, a random 12 yr girl listening to your songs. I hope you know how much I love your songs. I truly am suprised how your the only one out there that can fit my song/nasheed taste.
What a lovely nasheed bought a tear to my eye Ma Sha'Allah I guess cus both my parents have passed on to there maker and then it makes me think of my children when I'm gone
Parents are one of the most beautiful gift to us from Allah s.w.t, respect them, love them, take care of them whilst they are with us, there are many people in this world who want to take care of their parents , take their blessings but their parents are not in this world. Right from childhood we've heard Paradise lies beneath the feet of mother and the father is the gateway to Jannah but how often we've pondered upon it?🥺❤️
MashaAllah! My 3 month old Daughters favourite Nasheed! She will start to cry as soon as the nasheed finishes and when she cries we put this on. She instantly stops.☺☺
I love this, especially the fact that you use very useful duas in your nasheeds , I have memorized so many I use in my life today because of your nasheeds Alhamdulilah... I hope u make one with " rabbana hablana min azwajina wa dhuriyyatina qurrata A’yunin waj’alna lil- muttaqina imama”. May Allah be pleased with you Siedd.
Open your eyes , my little one .... The irony of life is my little one never opened his eyes neither he woke up....... Seems like he is waiting for me to join him one day rather than other way round....
Lyrics: [Verse 1]
Open your eyes, my little one
Not long ago, I was also young
When you’ll wake up, and hold your own
Know with each wrinkle there's some lessons you’ll learn
[Pre-Chorus]
By the time you learn to love
You’ll have to learn to lose
Since one day I’ll be leaving you
But hold on tight, like you once did
And when you get a chance, say a prayer like this
[Chorus X2]
Rabbir Hamhuma
Kama Rabbayani Sagheera
Rabbir Hamhuma
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا
كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا
[My Lord, have mercy on them (my parents)
Just as they cared for me when I was little
My Lord, have mercy on them]
[Verse 2]
The greatest empires have turned to sand
And one day we’ll all be joining them
Pray you stay firm, hope you stay kind
Pray you always learn from the best of mankind
[Pre-Chorus]
By the time you learn to love
You’ll have to learn to lose
Soon one day I’ll be leaving you
But hold on tight, like you once did
And when you get a chance, say a prayer like this
[Chorus X2]
Rabbir Hamhuma
Kama Rabbayani Sagheera
Rabbir Hamhuma
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا
كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا
[My Lord, have mercy on them (my parents)
Just as they cared for me when I was little
My Lord, have mercy on them]
[Bridge]
Worship your Lord, and He is One
Honor your parents, you’ll be honored in return
Your Lord sees all, so be amongst the just
Offer all your prayers from dawn to dusk
This life is a test, so strive to be your best
Be patient in this life, it’s the key to the next
Keep pride out your heart, live life like a guest
Good character is what our prophet came to perfect
[Pre-Chorus]
By the time you learn to love
You’ll have to learn to lose
Soon one day we’ll be waiting for you
But hold on tight, like you once did
Hope your little ones say a prayer like this
[Chorus X2]
Rabbir Hamhuma
Kama Rabbayani Sagheera
Rabbir Hamhuma
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا
كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا

البسمة حدث جميل يستحق أن يسجلة القرآن.

I'm your NO.1 fan Siedd
Dear siedd, a random 12 yr girl listening to your songs. I hope you know how much I love your songs. I truly am suprised how your the only one out there that can fit my song/nasheed taste.
The clips were so adorable Masha allah and the message was awesome .. as always loved it 😍 and that last clip of mini siedd Wass soo cute 💞
What a lovely nasheed bought a tear to my eye Ma Sha'Allah
I guess cus both my parents have passed on to there maker and then it makes me think of my children when I'm gone
Parents are one of the most beautiful gift to us from Allah s.w.t, respect them, love them, take care of them whilst they are with us, there are many people in this world who want to take care of their parents , take their blessings but their parents are not in this world. Right from childhood we've heard Paradise lies beneath the feet of mother and the father is the gateway to Jannah but how often we've pondered upon it?🥺❤️
The Video is so wholesome, it reminds me of my own childhood!
MashaAllah! My 3 month old Daughters favourite Nasheed! She will start to cry as soon as the nasheed finishes and when she cries we put this on. She instantly stops.☺☺
Masha'Allah
