Meghan was always in a state of fury and couldn't engage co-hosts like a rational adult. It was too draining to watch her bi-weekly outbursts, and said outbursts always detracted from topics deserving on meaningful discussion. Alyssa has been a terrific replacement who carries herself extraordinarily well in spite of her party's current lunacy. The energy of the show is entirely different with Meghan gone (thankfully).
Having drama for ratings is going to be looked at as Archaic in the next century. One day our society will be enlightened enough to actually discourage drama and to be look to resolve our personal traumas and evolve ourselves energetically as mainstream aspiration. NutMeghan McCain MADE "The View" unwatchable when she was on there, she could never get her points across without becoming angry and combative, she frequently snapped at her fellow co-hostesses (INCLUDING Sunny), she talked down to and degraded guests who appeared on the show and could never take what she DISHED OUT. NutMeghan is only trying to make herself relevant again by riding Rosie O'Donnell's coattails after Rosie went viral with sharing her experiences as a "View" co-hostess on Brooke Shields' podcast. Joy Behar spoke for ALL of us when she told NutMeghan that she did NOT miss her and we STILL don't miss her
Meghan had the chance to stand up to these women while she was in the show. She didn’t because she was too busy trying to be their friend. She wasn’t the voice of the average republican, she ended up against Trump just to appease the others. Ultimately they turned in her anyway. Now it’s too late for her to stand up against them.
Ratings are great because people love to watch the dumb cackling hens. It’s always good for a laugh.

Americans throw around the word "friends" like candy on christmas eve... you're not friends if you're dissing each other in the media.
The inference being that when Meghan was there, the atmosphere was neither happy nor cohesive. MM's just gross. Everything about her is disingenuous as all hell.

Meghan is the only out there talking trash, 2 years after she left. Can’t imagine who the pot stirrer was causing all the chaos. 🙄 Meghan wrote a whole book after she left complaining about the show. 2 years later, she’s still whining about the show. It’s no wonder the only place she got a job was writing for a tabloid type publication out of the UK. I agree that she’s better suited for a Housewives type show where public temper tantrums are more readily welcome.
