I love your Craftsmas ideas! I bought a bunch of these cutting boards a while back and watching this gave me an idea on how I can use them as part of a Christmas gift for my kid's teachers! Thank You So Much!!!!! You are AWESOME!
Great video! just an idea, after you squeegee done your vinyl design, use a hair dryer to help speed up the drying process. it will not take long. Keeping it real is great! As no one is perfect!! Keep up the awesome videos coming!!!
I finally found a dollar tree that had both square and round cutting boards. The ckerk told me that if I go online and order in bulk and they'll ship to the store for pickup!
Loving Craftmas! I truly enjoy ur videos and appreciate all you do!You have truly helped and inspired me to start plannin my own business ( something ive been wanting to do forever) thanks! Keep up the awesome work , your amazing :) XoxO
Kathy k did you ever get an answer even from elsewhere? Ive recently bought my own cricut and I cant help but worry about cups & mugs. I dont want my designs washing off 😢
@@Kati_k_kuriosz There is such a thing as dishwasher safe Marge podge. I would still probably wash these by hand but I have use the dishwasher safe Marge podge over vinyl on kids cups and I still don’t put them in the dishwasher but I’ve had no issues washing them by hand
Great idea, if you don't make it personal and set it up in your shop I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of your completed projects sold. There are those silly people that are not crafty. lol
Hello I love your diy however I have no idea what to decorate with because I don't have a machine to cut out the vinyl all I can think of is to use wall stickers unless you have any other ideas Thanks So Much
I’m so sad my local dollar tree doesn’t carry these cutting boards! But for anyone like me who can’t find them, Mainstays brand at Walmart has a really nice one that works. It’s a little more expensive ($5-$6), but still not bad at all. 😊
You're such an inspiration! I purchased a silhouette machine so I can learn how to do this stuff myself. Quick question... How much would you sell this cutting board for? I create things and sell them on my local yard sale sites.
Do you add water to your denatured or use full strength? I got the all natural one from Lowe’s. The direction say to mix with water. They only had one brand at my Lowe’s which is an hour away. But they offered it in reg or natural. I just want to know if we should follow directions or use full strength. I also use application fluid. Thank u for any advice.
Love this idea for making matching items for the kitchen or inexpensive, quick and easy gifts. Thanks for sharing!
Love this idea my Mom so getting one. Also love that you leave the mistakes in so we know how to fix if something goes wrong for us.
Your videos are my utmost favorite.. thanks for keeping it real for us not so perfect crafters :-) Thank you!

What instructions do you recommend for keeping vinyl intact when washing? Do you apply something after application to protect vinyl?
Kathy k did you ever get an answer even from elsewhere? Ive recently bought my own cricut and I cant help but worry about cups & mugs. I dont want my designs washing off 😢
Ali K No have not but after watching many video tutorials I think I’m going to try a think coat or 2 of resin

I didn’t see a response regarding where to purchase the application fluid. Is it diluted or full strength? Thank you, this is a great tutorial.
Just use water with a tiny drop of dish detergent.
Thank you

Cuttin Corners Vinyl I saw that before, but it looked like it needed to be ordered by cases. 😞 I’ll have to check again.
Mine doesn't either. :(
What is application fluid and do I need it to apply the vinyl? THANK YOU.

I know nothing about the denatured alcohol but what I have found says it can be used as fuel. Is that how yours is labeled also?
Good idea!
Can you add a link for purchasing the vinyl application fluid?
Can you use the hinge method of applying the vinyl instead of the application fluid?
What size did you use for the design in cricut design space?
Love this!!

Are you able to wash the cutting board without the decal coming off?
