Sharing my story about how I got scammed trying to buy vintage through Paypal friends & family.

Hello, ive sold un vintage Item on paypal and the paypal blocked ne bcs the Proof of Purchase from supplier, wich i dont have to provide it… it goes 10 months untill now that i am blocled my activity…. What reference do i put to Paypal to unblock my activity?!

cant you open a dispute? i got a seller right now trying to sell me electric bike, surron light bee x, for 4200$ and want to do that through paypal friend and family, cant we open a dispute, the seller telling me yes.
