I am having the same problem, I even bought a new ebosser. Which dies are you having trouble with?I am finding the doily and victorian sets are not too good but the rest are outstanding.
I see the cutting plates had been used many times, but don't show any warping. Do these cutting plates warp at all? My big shot cutting plates warp like crazy.
+Naticris Tellavi I have had my Grand calibur for at least 2 years and my plates haven't warped, nor have they need replacing yet :) My Big Shot on the other hand I have had to replace the plates even though I flip them and cut on them in different spots. Of course you can't use the thicker steel ruled dies with the Grand Calibur and you can't cut the big Grand dies with a Big shot. Thats why I have both machines.
i know that there is a demo or two to kind of 're-boot' your warped plates by cooking them in an oven but i am not familiar with the exact details. Get Googling! :)
Right, more money spent, etc... How much money you make after spending £1000's on these products just for a hobby? On top of it they came with restrictions on their new range, why? I've paid for their product, not mine, which makes the die my own to create what ever I want! Do you think professionals buy dies for mass production cards? Nope, think again, the target is the little hobbyist as we are by millions, and yet they exploit this without respect, and overpriced toys products for grown "Adults". Craft TV has the most expensive website, but not many realise that... People have more money than brain lately, like the coffee pods!

i am very disapointed with these dies. despite buying a new G/C i still cant get the dies to cut all of it. any help would be great thanks

Those cutting dieses do not cut thouroughly through 300gsm!
