- Plaintiff Jonathan started dating Heather after she separated from the defendant. When the defendant found out, he falsely accused Jonathan of abusing his children. The plaintiff is suing for attorney fees and bail. The defendant claims he caught Heather having an affair with the plaintiff while she was still married to him and firmly believes the plaintiff has hurt his children. He is countersuing for emotional distress.
