The female is saying how she can't explain to her partner that why she fell in love with him( mahi main tenu samjhwan ki tere naal kyun layi akkiyan) basically she is hopelessly in love with the guy. The guy stanza says that everybody knows that he is kind of careless and now he also questions that how he was able to incline her heart towards him ( maan mayal means heart is inclined towards that person) to which she answers that she also does not know how to tell as to why she fell in love. No comparisons, but Pakistani dramas & their title songs have a different fanbase. The Character, Stories & the execution of it and the most astounding thing is the way the artist portray it with such a grace, discipline & honest. Keep it up, I'm really very very proud.
