How is it installed on a drill mill? I have a jet drill/mill that I use for drilling bowling balls and would like to be accurate with a DRO.

For your mill we would need to know to the exact machine travel to recommend the correct linear encoders to pair with the DRO. Please give us a call or better yet shoot us an email [e-mail] with some photos of your setup; a picture says 1000 words.
