I'm amazed, at how much you all produce from that rocky soil.

I've got really rocky soil. It has a number of advantages, despite what people think. It drains really well, I never had to worry about root rot. It helps plants get air at their roots and it also helps slowly release minerals into the soil. It's really not that bad. Not the most pleasant to work with, but the plants certainly don't mind it.

Invest in a rock picker ! We use Holland planter and double up the pockets planted 100,000 one year.

Just found your channel. Where are you located? Just want to thank you for producing food. One of the most important jobs there are and people are finally realizing it. I do not take the work your family does for granted.

Glad to see Ben and Tammy, its so hard to get GOOD HELP anymore or even HELP. Ben looks like he wants to floor that Tractor and race around the fields. In our area I know of 6 - 7 Family run Farms and Greenhouses that shut down. The older Family members just got too old and medical problems and the young ones didn't want that type of HARD work anymore. They just shut down and sold the land and put up apts and condos. My favorite Greenhouse that I have used for 40 years shut down. The owners told me the cost of heat and supplies and the lack of HELP and they were just too old for that work anymore and the kids were in college and really didn't want to work that hard, they sold out. They were alwasy HAPPY to see you and threw in a free flower or veggie pack and their flowers were alwasy watered and nice. I wish you HEALTH and GOOD LUCK taking over the Farm. Hopefully Ben will take time away from his High Paying job and HELP you guys on the week ends sometimes. Tammy is a gem that she enjoys what you like to do, hope it stays that way. We need Family Farms and Greenhouses.

Thank you for the generous comment! We all love the farm, and hopefully some day they will have another farm close to you again. That’s terrible to hear! Farms are super important. Sammi loves the farm as much as I do, also Ben is a very hard worker thank you for appreciating that! Thank you so much for watching 😃

My onions always suck, they never bulb and then bolt. Grateful for farmers growing them for us.

Hey Logan, it's just amazing to see how many onion yawl are planting. Just in our little garden we harvested over 300 about 80 lbs. We did a video yesterday and bagged all the onions.

While I find the onion planting interesting, it looks dangerous if you’re distracted. Stay safe, all of you and keep posting❣️

Onions are heavy feeders till the bulb starts to develop then you back off feeding.
