Kim I absolutely love the end result of your 'yarny cave". Fantastic. xx
Thank you so much. It still has a way to go but every day I get a bit more done. Things have been slow here lately and I am ok with that. I am so sorry you are dealing with all the load shedding . I add you to the watch list to play in the background.
That blanket !! 😍 😊❤
Thank you ☺️
Hey Kim! Awesome month of makes 🎉 thanks for the shoutout my lovely friend ❤
You are so welcome. I can not wait to get all my Feb projects in motion!
Beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you
Oh to have a studio like yours... amazing 😍
Thank you so much for your kind words. There is a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in this shed lol. It has been a wonderful project to do with my husband, we both really enjoyed it but I am ready for it to be completely done. I hope to really finish her out before Christmas.
Your shawl is beautiful and love your makes. Your yarn room is wonderful 😊
Thank you so much for the project love and the room love. My room still has a bit to go but it’s getting there!
Your makes are very nice. Enjoyed the WIPS and planning.
Yay! I hope you are still on the road to recovery and all your projects are going well.
@yarning4asmile I have recovered now. My baby blanket has been in time out since Wednesday and the cowl is coming along well and is a fun knit!
@@wilmaakastitchedbyjean3679 sometimes things need a good time out! I am so happy to hear you are completely recovered!! Being over the sickness and a knit that you are loving are wonderful things to celebrate !
❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Hugs 🤗
You could wind a snake around a branch and have it offer you some 'fruit' of a ball of yarn 🐍🧶🤎
That is an excellent idea! Thank you so much for that idea. Thank you for watching as well.
ITS GLORIOUS IN THERE!!!! Kim!!!!!!! Do you love it I love it!?!?
I do love it. It is crazy looking back at the photos and videos from vlogtober and seeing this now a few months later. I only have a little random craft supplies to go through and bring out in the storage room and then all of my crafty things will pretty much be out of the house.
@@yarning4asmile all of the crafts that amazing 🤩 lol I keep traveling around my house with my crafts and there is yarn in various places 😂
I just run around with a basket now. 😆
Hi Kim, love your beautiful work and you she shed is looking amazing ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Hey Tank🤗I really enjoyed the vibe over here❤. Your work is so so beautiful 😊👋🏽
Thank you so much for watching. I am Kim though, Tank is “I love 2 Crochet”. No worries though, ViJai has called me Mona several times. lol Thank you so much for the project love and spending time with me today. 💕
Love your makes ❤ and am really enjoying the podcasts being filmed in your yarntopia! I am the same way about always pausing at transition points in my project and have dozens (literally) of WIPs that are set aside just because I wasn’t in the mindset to split for sleeves, turn a heel, pick up a collarband etc. it’s so nice to know I’m not the only one 😊
lol and I am so happy to hear I am not the only one. That is also why my little deer is not done, it just needs to be seen up.. and my other mitts that are wips from last year I think need the thumb gusset as well. lol 😆 I really love being in that space, it is so quiet and I love my family so much, but the quiet is much needed at times. Thank you for watching
Thos are beautiful projects. I am also glad to see someone using a mess bag from Knitpicks. I was eyeballing them.
I love the mesh oh snaps. Jimmy beans and Della Q have so many newer ones and colors now. The last set I got was the gold and even they are 3 years or so now. I do think they have a lot of use in them, especially the larger ones. The small ones I use for cross stitch more and keeping my threads together for projects.
Hi Kim, wow your makes are beautiful. Your Sophie's Universe blanket looks fantastic already. Those Impkins are just so cute. Take care lovely 😊
Thank you so much for the kind words on my makes. I hope you have a magical weekend!
Love the temperature snake! Think I might do one with two stripes of high and two of low temps. The contest sounds interesting. You will be the contender soon, I am sure. The hanging basket is great! Your things are so great!
Someone passed along a half finished project they have had for 50 yrs so that is my project this week. Finished this month with 10 shawls, one afghan that folds into a pillow, one lovey, two hat and scarf sets, and the train mat.
And now another week of roller coaster Alabama weather! 😊
I see that you have been keeping yourself busy, that's great! Finishing an old project is always special. Are you finishing it for someone else or for yourself? I have heard of some church groups where ladies take unfinished knits and crochet of families' loved ones who passed away, finish them, and give them back to the family as a memento. It warms my heart to know that there are such kind acts in the world.
You're absolutely right about the weather!
This month, Creations by Jax was chosen at random. The February make is a plant using four colors (I have the colors written down somewhere). I think I have an idea of what I am going to make.
Beautiful makes! Do have to tell you that I had just taken a drink of my coffee when you mentioned your cats pooping sparkles. When you said it’s not as fun as it sounds….i almost lost it! Always great to start the morning with you!
lol, I am so happy to hear I brought joy to your morning. Thank you for sharing. 🤭
Sparkle poop!!!😂😂😂😂😂
lol 😆
💜🧶💜🧶💜
Shelly thank you so much for taking time out of your day to sit down and have some Yarnie talk with me. I hope your week is filled with the things that bring you joy.
@@yarning4asmile thank you so much - and the same back to you x
Thank you :)
Throw the green chenille yarn away. Give it to one of the boys to throw out at a mysterious time so you don't know when and where it is. Life is too short to hang on to annoying yarn. I LOVE your Sophie's Universe! It is beautiful!!
lol BUT it would make a cute ornament lol 😆
