- Welcome to Jurassic Park! We are at Kualoa Ranch for their 2.5 hour Jurassic Adventure Tour! This tour offers you the chance to see many filming locations from the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World series! The tour was amazing and we got to recreate some well known scenes from the films, specifically Jurassic World. For this tour, you hop aboard a safari-like truck as your guide and driver take you around the beautiful Kualoa Ranch. Aside from the awesome film locations you get to see, the ranch itself is breathtaking and a place you'll never forget. TV shows such as Lost and Hawaii Five-0 were filmed here as well as movies like Kong: Skull Island, Jumanji and of course, the Jurassic World series.
If you're visiting Oahu, we can't recommend this tour highly enough! We had such an amazing time and totally geeked out at some of the things we were able to see! If you're able to get Kimo as your guide, you're in for a super fun 2.5 hours at Kualoa Ranch!

So, the Jurassic Adventure tour also do a stop at Kong Skull Island? I was planning on doing the Hollywood Tour + Jungle Expedition to see both Jurassic and Skull Island because the person I spoke to at Kualua reservation said that the Jurassic Adventure is only stopping at Jurassic spots and not in the Kong Small Island.
Ours did, yes! I can’t speak for if that’s how all of the Jurassic Tours are, especially when someone told you over the phone it doesn’t stop there. Unfortunately, it sounds like you may be rolling the dice if you really wanted to see Kong and book the Jurassic Adventure tour.
We are going to the Ranch in September and are really struggling to decide between the Jurassic tour and the Raptor ATV tour. Have you done both? We are leaning towards the Jurassic tour.
We haven’t done the ATV tour, but we’ve read a lot of positive reviews on that tour as well! I don’t think you can go wrong either way. Have a great time! 🦖

Will be staying at Waikiki in a few months. Interested in visiting Kualoa Ranch, but is renting a car to drive there the only way to get there. Do they offer shuttles?

1. We aren’t planning to rent a car. Staying in Waikiki Beach. Any idea how to get to this tour?

Thanks for watching! For their tours, Kualoa offers shuttle service from select Waikiki area hotels (additional $30 pp plus tax). If you go to book a tour, there is an option to choose your Accommodation Info. Once you choose your Waikiki area hotel, you’re able to add the transportation on! And no, there wasn’t a lot of walking involved in the Jurassic Adventure Tour. You’re in the vehicle for most it, with occasional stops to get out and explore

I saw some videos that not all Jurassic adventure tours stop at the kong skull island. 😢

Are there places to use the restroom on this tour?
There is a bathroom at the start of the tour and about halfway through, they stop for a restroom break. So you would go roughly an hour- 1:15 min after the tour starts before you’d hit a bathroom again. Thanks for watching!
