She is one of the artists who can make an excellent performance just with the piano, her voice and charisma, without the need for expensive stage, light and sound industry. Brilliant song.

Yes, there a only a few artists in that range. Don't make the Mistakte to take her songs as some fine Background Music, young Birdy sings and the world stands still, a perfekt Singer/Songwriter/Composer and honest Performer, she makes the Listener think, she only sings for him alone.

Jasmine you're never going to see this comment, regardless. Thanks to you and Audra Butts and others for writing this song. I heard it and time froze. I'm a former professional guitarist and spent many years on the road touring and I've experienced the loneliness and darkness never being home for friends and family spending holidays in hotels. Oddly enough many of us actually already suffer a degree of anxiety even growing up with wonderful families. It's probably inherent in artists with that allow ourselves to expose ourselves to our audience in performance but keep it inside otherwise. Still we have friends and love and happiness. My wife understands this love your music, your one of my absolute favorites. Young Heart is one of my desert island picks.
