Steph's level of conditioning is amazing. Austin Reaves said it himself that he can't make a shot because he got no legs. If you a true hooper, you know what he means and how it feels shooting that way. Steph is constantly doing it and aside from that, he also sets screens and make his teammates open and take note, HE IS THE NUMBER ONE OPTION! That's so tiring to even imagine, let alone do it and still shoot as efficiently as Steph.

Steph's cardio is off the charts. Dude is runnin damn near a marathon for the entire game with how much movement he generates on the floor. At his age, to be able to not only move for 30+ minutes, but also shoot from distance, is insane. He's legitimately a one of kind player, par for maybe what his son will do if he does choose to play in the league like his pops.

The thing that amazes me the most about Steph is his conditioning, especially at 35. My man is running around the court ALL GAME LONG, even put on some muscle to be able to be more helpful on defense and attack the rim with more ease and there's no signs of him slowing down any time soon despite the fact that, again, he is 35, I repeat, THIRTY FIVE. It's so inspirational seeing the work ethic and the love that he has to have for the game to still work this hard this late in his career. Huge fan of his, props to the Chef!

A huge part of it is Ayesha's cooking, even DWade said "If you want a chance at stopping Steph, take away the food Ayesha is cooking" and this is so true. They have their own farm raising their own animals, garden, and beehive for real local organic unfiltered honey...that right there is lethal in itself and you can see the effects of it on their kids...His son Canon is already making shots with his back turned from the basket and it's not even hard for him as a 5 year old👀His daughter Riley is great at volleyball like Steph's mother Sonya and so athletic and toned up it's insane and the other daughter Ryan was hanging upside down from the door handles of Ayesha's Sweet July cafe and no one can figure out how she even pulled that off😭😭🔥🔥🔥

Curry is easily the most disrespected superstar in the league. Case in point, When KD won FMVP he was largely called the best player in the league going into following season. Same with Kawhi, Lebron, Giannis who all won FMVP and given respect as the best player in the league by majority. When Curry won in 2022 the media and fans refused to even have him top 5. ESPN had him 6th best player on their list. So yes he is underrated and the most disrespected superstar of this era.

De'aaron fox wanted to call curry the best player ever.... but because its controversial he toned it down a bit.
But to me, skill wise... he is! not everybody is born to grow into a 6'9 body...sure dunking vs pro players requires skill, but not to the level of shooting 43% in TOTALITY outside the arc.
Thats including halfcourt, fullcourt heaves...etc. Everyone that has a career 3p% higher than him shot 2 shots a game max and 75% of those shots were catch shoot corner or wing shots.
Durant is offensively more dangerous than curry with ball... but durant aint passing like curry, he aint dribbling like curry, he aint shooting from the logo, he aint dangerous offball.
And to be honest, ever since losing klay in 2019 curry has been undergoing a physical change, his jumper is now changed, hes rebounding, hes setting effective screens... even though hes still 6'2 his defensive play and his numbers in defense look more like a 6'5 two way guard now... he isnt grabbing as many steals as he used to, but his defense improved outside simple boxscore stats.

I love how in the first couple minutes you heard Mitchell and Alex both casually refer to a game in close proximity to the time of their recording where Steph clealty just went off so hard that everyone who was watching or listening at the time would know exactly what game they are referring to. I just love that. Because it just shows that Steph is so good that depending on the time you speak about him, there was always a recent example of him going nuclear. You know? And I feel like the GREATS are the only ones who have it that way. They just have too many ridiculous performances to keep up. A lot of VERY good players, all stars, have games that were so dope they stick out to you. But these guys like Steph, they literally have too many ridiculous games to keep track of. It’s like your mind just goes into overload trying to remember all of Stephs best games. You think you saw the best game he ever played, and then BaM, here comes a new one. It’s just insane. And idk with steph it sort of looks even more insane than for other legends sometimes? So it can just be mind blowing how often this dude goes into flow state and does insane shit for basically an entire season lol! I mean like…starting 2013/14 it felt like he was doing shit we had never seen and it was getting wild. Felt like you would never see this again. Like he was doing things you better have seen cuz it doesn’t happen often!
Then like 10 years later and basically even single freaking season he just does those things more and more and they simultaneously get better and better and also more expected and almost more taken for granted! It’s literally mind blowing to me, that’s why I’m just rambling here lol. The dudes up to what? 27 20+ point quarters now? Like 18 games with 10+ 3s? WHAT!?! I remember when he had his first mvp season, getting used to just waiting for the point in the game where he would catch fire. That’s all it seemed to be. You’d wait for him to hit one, and then he’d try to turn each make into a hot streak. And every game in seamed that would eventually happen, often in the first qtr or the 3rd. The rest of the game he could sort of seem a bit quiet, but you knew it was coming. And I swear the dude would put up 13-25 points in the span of 3-6 minutes once a quarter lol. He would finish with idk 27, but 21 of it came in the 3rd. It was crazy. And that was before he refined his all around game the way it is now. He’s just insane. Sometimes I wonder if he truly is the best basketball player I’ve ever seen. Sometimes I think he is, if we consider size and skill and such? If we think of “best” in terms of who’s skill is best? I have a hard time not giving it to the guy who stands around 6’1.75” without shoes who is able to not only put up 30 a night, but lead his team to numerous championships and be the best leader and ego I’ve ever seen.
It makes me think of when People used to talk about AI being actually 5’11” and how if he were 6’6” he would have been able to not only have an historic career and win 1 finals game, but actually dominate the sport in a winning sense. Well…didn’t Steph sort of do exaclty that BUT without even being 6’6”? Let alone 6’4”!? Let alone 6’3” without shoes!!!? Idk man. I feel the same reason that people won’t let Steph into the goat debate is the reason I think he might actually be my GOAT. To be his size and frame and athletic ability and win fucing 4 titles?!?! And be one win away from another? And two wins away from another!? WHAT!!?? And single handedly carry his team to a title vs one of the nastiest defenses and best rookie coaches and insanely deep offensively talented teams I’ve ever seen after being down 2-1!?( Celtics ofc)!?? Like holy crap. I know it’s easy to look at where the Celtics weren’t perfect, but holy crap that team was SO good. Ever since they flipped the script that JAnuary I hadn’t seen an NBA team that good on both sides of the ball in a long long time, and honeslty eye test wise? Idk..maybe ever? And Steph freaking beat them. His game 4 performance and game 6 performance? And game 1! And game 2!? And game 3 even!? GAH! His 49 Vs the raptors …idk yall. The dudes a GoAT somehow

I love watching Steph with Dray and Klay my 3 guys and I do hope we get to see them play for many more years.❤even when Steph is just doing an interview or playing golf it’s interesting and exciting. God bless his mom for giving birth to such an incredible human being. Any may hod always watch over Steph, wife and beautiful kids🙏🏻

There are NBA players who are great 3 point shooters or shooters period. What made Steph Curry the GOAT was how he did it. His off the ball movement, catch and shoot, gravity, shooting, influence, and his mental strength was something the NBA never saw before, he revolutionized the NBA, if a conventional fan GOAT like Lebron James respect and fear his skills, why don’t critics?

I got good with my 3 pointers lately and if people come up to guard, drive inside, it's so much easier than posting people inside or trying to cross someone, workload decreases massively.

  • @haitungying7808

Why so hard to guard Curry? Most players point to his moving without the ball, and having to chase him around to stay close. Some even confessed guarding Curry left them with no legs to shoot. What none confessed that to slow him down, they had to pull his jersey, hands on his hip. And the nba refs called at most 10% of these infractions. The league is in cohort with that. Comparatively, Harden goes to the line for being breathed on by the defenders. Yet, many nba pundits believe Harden is a more valuable player than Curry, despite the fact that Curry has 4 rings, while Harden still looking for his 1st NBA Final.

The defenders mostly assigned to Steph are longer, more athletic than him, but he still gets his way because of how he is utilized in the offense especially off ball. That being said, he worked extremely hard to get his cardio to a certain level to be able to keep running the entire time he is on the floor and still make shots.
