After my bariatric surgery 3 years ago, the surgeon told me that the hormone change in my intestines will change which means food I didn't like before I will like after surgery and what I previously loved to eat, I might go off. Let me tell you, it was just like that, spot on. All of a sudden I was craving good food and fresh food and herbs and fruit, so I started cooking. My go to is always Jamie, because it's doable and absolutely delicious. I bought his books and I'm forever potting around one of his recipes. So thanks Jamie, safe to say, I am 55kgs down, exceeded my goal weight, eating like a queen but keeping healthy and weight is stable and I never feel cheated. 😊
