Wow, looks like a fun build! I'd normally go for a more typical Star Wars model like the Tie Fighter or X-Wing but this one looks like a satisfying build. #addittothelist
Only 1600-1700 pieces? Considering most sections that we see in this video is doubled (and we don't even see built) - I would have thought that there is soooo much more!
+Brick Builder do not build too much legos because its gonna over flooded w/ legos (just build only one lego or keep it in a big box because it will not over flooded with Legos) ok 👍
Why do they hide so many colored (blue, red, yellow, green etc) bricks inside the body of big lego sets? I never understood that. Is it because those bricks are cheaper? Or is it to give the lego collector alot of bricks in different colors?
It's just so the parts are easier to find. Like with a tie fighter all of the pieces would be black and grey and it would be harder to find the piece you're looking for.
It is called Rainbowing, and it makes it easier to follow instructions, cool build I am working on modifying the canopy to hold a minifig as its a shame
What? The B-wing did look like this. Do you think you know more than what Lego does about Star Wars? No you don't. So just shut up and watch the video.
+Gahlok12 Yes. This is a pretty standard practice in model development. If you've got a glaring patch of green somewhere on your model, you know you will have to re-examine that area, be it LDD, or real life bricking. :]
Because LEGO is made in Denmark where the quality of the plastics used and their longevity is superior and they pay workers a decent wage. That may mean it's expensive, but to be cheaper the labour would likely have to be exported and the quality lessened.
That is not the reason why, nor is the latter, the real reason why this set now costs 300 is because they no longer make them so they go up by quite a bit, and the reason it was 200 when it was out is that it is quite big, 1,400 pieces and it is a UCS set which means it's to scale for the minifigs - more or less. USC stands for Ultimate Collectors Series, this range is made for richer people, collectors, AFOLs, not kids and not to play with, it's for display, like any model would be and the cost is such accondingly. :)
Lovely. I just built the Y-wing, and I can’t stop just sitting and admiring it.
This is probably the set I wish I bought the most.
Awesome UCS collection. Now i got to get mine 😊
we need a ucs a-wing
YES!!!! :D
I was thinking the exact same thing
Don't quesion my Gender TechLug has made an A Wing MOC, and it's really cool.
That already exists, but it’s a mod, but it’s pretty BADASS
well you're in luck
Incredible building! Never knew it comes with so many colored pieces.
I think I read somewhere that the B-wing was among the most powerful fighters of it's time.
Designed by Admiral Ackbar himself
no. b-wing they meant that the b-wing is the most heavily armed starfighter
Diamond Dash not ackbar, another Mon Calamari called Quarrie
@@tyler_bt3326 Ralph McQuarrie ? Lol
Music is very well picked, love the "Song" at 4:45
I can see why they call them X Wings, A Wings and Y Wings. But the B Wing doesn't resemble a B at all.
Dean Murphy the b stands for blade, as in blade wing, which resembles the shape when the s foils are closed
You are a disgrace to the Star Wars race.
OMG U IDIOT!
Its called a B-Wing because the S-Foils are like blades. Hence the name BLADE WING
should be T-wing
I'm totally digging all these UCS sets you're uploading :)
Finally! Someone who writes you're and not your. xD
@@noeloe-re2vy no
it is awesome ehat u can achieve with Lego!!! cause it's beautiful
wow it's awesome that b wing x fighter I'm so happy.
X fighter?
Wow the building techniques are really complex.
Wow, looks like a fun build!

the ungodly amount of parts I this set made my computer lag
the music at 4:37 is from the game of life for ps1
I can't tell you what I'd do to get my hands on one of these. It's just too much money.
wow dude you are awsome
Amazing like the sandcrawler and the X-wing! Continue the lego UCS star wars videos! There are awesome!
Brick FanaWars
Yes, I will make more and more UCS next year.
+Brick Builder do not build too much legos because its gonna over flooded w/ legos (just build only one lego or keep it in a big box because it will not over flooded with Legos) ok 👍
+Justin Perez what?
I am waiting for your UCS Imperial Shuttle build XDXD
Cool
I can’t believe they haven’t made a UCS A-wing yet
I am here from the future and it is a thing
Can u try and build more ucs sets
Has anyone noticed that in the new movie force awakens, that the resistance troop transporter looks like a modified B-Wing?
it is
neat!
Are you getting in a shipment of ucs sets, cause i love it! Thanks
I love a of youR Lego and where do you put them
GOOOOOOOOOD!!!
It is massive
ThomasBricks
Very very BIG!
This set looks really sexy
Can u build more creator expert houses?
Robinschumacher@gmail.de Amerika
Yes, but only new sets :)
SIKE i
I wish that lego had made the cockpit minifig scale . . .
Can U build a Lego architecture set
We need a ucs u-wing
I wonder if this is still up for sale in stores/online in 2019/2020... 🤔
No it’s not
What is your time lapse and editing program
Why do they hide so many colored (blue, red, yellow, green etc) bricks inside the body of big lego sets? I never understood that. Is it because those bricks are cheaper? Or is it to give the lego collector alot of bricks in different colors?

RedZenon117 also makes it obvious if you've missed something
Hawken1 it’s to make the build process easier, so you can clearly see which piece to place next
It is called Rainbowing, and it makes it easier to follow instructions, cool build I am working on modifying the canopy to hold a minifig as its a shame
i think they are called b wings because they have bladed wings
they have to have a ucs t 70 x wing (resistance/poe's x wing) .
It can only hold 1 pilot? I thought that B-Wings also had a gunner as well?!
no, that's y wing
the b-wing is a prototype armed with a laser cannon that can destroy a imperial star destroyer in one shot
+happiest mlg noob noscoper the b-wing? meant the b-wing u mentioned about.
+LEGO Updates it's the clone wars y-wing which has a gunner. not the rebel y-wing
Owen Owenator The B-Wing Prototype in Rebels has a gunner seat. But it was removed too lower the production costs. Same with the "superlaser"
I feel like this isn't the price for this set I had more
lego sets that were over the lego pieces and goes too 200 dollars wow!
Is this minifig size?
Dan Notion99 no its over sized compared to minifigs
Lego please make a ucs y-wing
they did a number of years ago.
does the bottom wing (foil) move as well?
Nope
Yep
no, sadly. but the two others can, and the whole ship can spin 360° around the cockpit
much better music :)
I'm torn between this and Red 5!
Yes very big
This
It does not look much like a b shape more like an arrow pointing upwards?!
ItsJens FTW It got nicknamed Bladewing, then shortened to B-wing
song sounds like teen spirit
Ts a lot bigger than expected
1st comment but also that thing is so huge
GUmm im not sure if this a B-wing it. Looks more like the twilight from star wars the clone wars
What? The B-wing did look like this. Do you think you know more than what Lego does about Star Wars? No you don't. So just shut up and watch the video.
Diamond Sqeed twilight looks completely different
Diamond Sqeed this is actually a pretty accurate model of a B-wing too, especially for a lego set
i wonder why include colored pieces, thy just get covered up : /
it helps with the construction of these sets.
Gahlok12 i cant rely see it
+Gahlok12 Yes. This is a pretty standard practice in model development. If you've got a glaring patch of green somewhere on your model, you know you will have to re-examine that area, be it LDD, or real life bricking. :]
Cuando la st del la de la muerte
why is it called a b wing
because like "B", it would be symetrical if you rotate it 90 degree
ok
a shorty for blade wing
+PAWDINKLe Also, you can draw a basic b shape around it.
+Smoke hopper never knew that... Thanks
Why is this so damn expensive everywhere?!
Because LEGO is made in Denmark where the quality of the plastics used and their longevity is superior and they pay workers a decent wage. That may mean it's expensive, but to be cheaper the labour would likely have to be exported and the quality lessened.
AlbertCamusian1913 Ah, didn't know that. Thanks for the info.
cuz UCS stands for:
Unusually
Costly
Set
