The second pic of the back pay is the minimum amount you would get IF you were in the current step since May of 23 and only worked 40hrs a week. It's just to give you and idea how much you should get in backpay. The 3rd one would the new pay chart shows that if passed in March of 2025 step G will be making $59963 (example) if your at step G. This was his reply to it

Back pay is the 3 colas plus what ever hours you works till the contract ratification and also when you add the fure colas proyection and the 3 step increases in my case it add $8k for the life of contract $7k that i am already intitle to so its horrible!

It's in the the Record magazine that comes to your home for carriers. But at my office we figured it out like u did. The regular steps are included.
