Since they are very big portions, I think one great idea would be to have a sampler of all the different options! So groups of friends or people can try the different chickens, shrimp, and fries.
Also another idea would be to have a happy hour, and during that time they can offer a small size of a dish

Yummm this is looks so delicious! would def want to try this out. I love that they offer you tongs to eat your wings. I’ve noticed that in Korea they give you finger gloves/gloves/or tongs for eating, so cool!

Hilariously large portion sizes fit right in here in the States! I know so many people who would jump on that place right away, and rightly so. The wings and beer aspect of Korean culture fits perfectly with the US lol. Last time I went to a wing place (many years ago before I stopped eating meat) there were a bunch of different sauce options too and it was really cool to pick and choose or mix and match flavors so this place has a lot going for it in the US market!

So true, the portions are basically perfect for the US market haha. Thanks so much for sharing your opinions! It helps soooo much

I would loveeee to try this place in Georgia USA ❤ Love the diverse menu. There's a city called Duluth where you can find some authentic Korean restaurants, but it can be intimidating when the menu doesn't have English descriptions of the food! So for sure include details on the menu!

Everything looked wonderful. But definitely should offer half sizes. Portions seem so big in Korea. Nice if you are bringing a family.

I think the sizes are good but I also agree with them having various sizes like half or kids sizes as well. The food looks delicious and I think it would fit in well here in the States. Would love to try this one day!

Watching this while fasting…ugh. All looked delicious. Living in Texas, those portion sizes would NOT be an issue.

Is there any place comparable in the US? I feel like the chicken in Korea is pretty unique. Looks wonderful. Chicken and beer would be a winner here in Wisconsin.

I would try something different each time I went. I often worked far away from where I lived.I hope they offer takeout if they come to the US so people could pick it up on their way home.

I think maybe to start incorporating into western societies, the menus could be reduced to less options. For me personally, whenever I go to a foreign restaurant, I'm always overwhelmed with the amount of food options there, so start small and gradually expand on the options. Also, maybe the menu could include a small glossary/dictionary so ppl who have never eaten teokbokki or samgyeopsal actually know what it is and can decipher the menu. And they should also try and put their locations in locations that aren't directly in major cities. Cuz I know a ton of ppl who would love to try authentic Korean food but just never have access to it.
