Your house looks so clean and sunshine filled! It makes me think of getting up as a little girl, and going downstairs to the clean sun filled kitchen, with my mother making breakfast❤️ good memories. I’m 66 and miss my mom.

I just started watching the video but read your comments. When I was close to 40, my sister and her husband came to visit and help whem my dad had advanced cancer. Percolated coffee was on the stove. Someone made bacon. I think the windows got steamy/foggy(?). It was like being at Grandma's house 30 years before.
I am 62 now and the "baby" of the grandchildren. Most relatives moved from to other states 30 years ago and the generation before us are gone. A sister has the percolating coffee pot which was absolutely fine with me. But maybe this fall I I might need such a coffee pot and a slab of bacon and go back to that good long ago memory.
I am 71 and my mother is still living at age 90. Blessed I M

Hey Mary, I love when you do videos where I can hear your birds singing in the background, I am such a bird lover! And especially all the beautiful spring birds, this week male and female Orioles arrived, male and female scarlet Tanger‘s and also the gross beaks ,and can’t forget to mention the sweet little hummers!!So I am going through lots of oranges and grape jelly a diet that the scarlet Tanger’s and orioles love!!😊

I had to laugh when the rain set in after you had done the windows. I had a time where it was always starting to rain after I had cleaned my windows. So every time I started wiping my neighbour said 'Oh no, don't clean the windows, I don't want any rain today'. 😅

I can almost smell the freshness in your beautiful kitchen! I love burning candles but I can only do so when my hubby is not home because most scents make him sneeze! Love Love Love nature and it's peaceful sounds! My friend and I often go walking in nature trails and we both love the sounds of the birds and how happy they sound! I love the area where your fridge is. We have a 'WALK THROUGHKITCHEN' our house was built in 1947, then added onto. So the original living area is now my dining room and the added room are our family and master bedrooms. On 1 wall in the kitchen there is nothing and the fridge sits on this wall by itself. It drives me NUTS! I am going to put cabinets with open shelves and include the fridge on that wall. I cannot wait. I literally have 10 cabinets and 0 counter space. My microwave will go on that wall as well. This has definitely motivated me to get a move on!! I love your kitchen! The countertops are my favorite! Thanks for sharing!

I love a good thunderstorm also. Upstate NY is my home base. I now live in southern California where it doesn't rain much so no thunderstorms. I moved back to upstate for a few years & loved how you smell the storm moving in. I never tired of the storms and would sit in the garage and watch the show. Missing it again. God bless.

Thank you for sharing the sound of bird songs and the falling water, and the beauty of all your flowers and plants! I have been cleaning my home like crazy and it feels really good to know it is fresh! I wish Houston was still having spring weather, but we are in summer weather now, and with our extreme humidity air conditioning is necessary to keep down mold and mildew, so it’s a rare thing these days to have our windows open. I love thunder storms, too, and as a child we lived in the desert so I think rain is beautiful and I love the sound of thunderstorms. You are always an inspiration when you clean and tidy your home! And to hear the rain, oh my! I would sleep so good if I lived there. Your kitchen looks beautiful. But then it always does. I'm with you when it comes to white. It's so clean and fresh looking. If I'm ever able to afford one of your candles, I'll absolutely order one. I love beautiful smells. I still burn the Gold Canyon candles that I used to sell. But am almost out of them. Mary, on your last Q&A video you mentioned you can’t scrub your siding because it’s getting a bit brittle. There’s a product called Wet & Forget that you spray on and let set, then rinse off. That might be a helpful workaround so you don’t have to damage the siding.

Oh the singing of the birds, the flowers, the woods - what a special place you live in. We only have a little sliver of a garden, it's in a little English town, with the industrial heritage, but our little garden is surrounded by the very high hedge and trees.. This time of the year it feels like we are in the middle of the woods - the birds are singing from dawn to dusk , so beautiful , so many of them , and it sounds exactly like in your video! We need to keep the windows closed as they are waking us up every day at 4 am already .. I love your home, your gardens , your whole setting - and what a beautiful family you are.
