A lot of damage there, it would have been written-off here in Australia. Good to watch good tradesman at work. Keep up the good work men!
Indeed, the extent of the damage is quite substantial, and in Australia, it may have resulted in the car being written off. It's fascinating to witness skilled tradesmen in action, showcasing their expertise and craftsmanship. They are doing an excellent job, and their dedication is commendable. Keep up the fantastic work!

Total it, total it, total it.
E show ver o trabalho bem feito muito bacana parabéns 😊😊😊
Obrigado pelo seu comentário! Fico feliz que tenha gostado do trabalho bem feito. Se tiver mais perguntas ou comentários, fique à vontade para compartilhar.
Hello guys how are you I hope you fine I see this video good working done ✔️ if this car in our country they will through out in the garbage 🗑 because it’s coasting to much money for repairing because all places damage thanks for video ( Kuwait 🇰🇼)
Hello! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the video and appreciate the good work done on the car. Repairing cars can indeed be costly, and the decision to repair or replace a vehicle depends on various factors such as the extent of damage, availability of parts, and cost-effectiveness. In some cases, it may be more economical to replace a heavily damaged car rather than investing a significant amount in repairs. Every country has its own approach to dealing with damaged vehicles. Thank you for sharing your perspective from Kuwait!
@@xinxianshi hello my friend I need every day video at least one video thanks again ( Kuwait 🇰🇼)
Good Job Han
How do you base your calculation when you’re measuring & pulling the frame of the car? How do you know what measurement is required?
When measuring and pulling the frame of a car, auto body technicians use a combination of techniques and tools to ensure accuracy. Generally use a ruler or ruler to measure the size of the corresponding side of the vehicle. If both sides are seriously deformed, it is necessary to rely on the size of other vehicles of the same type as a basis. At the same time, some models will use the manufacturer's data for reference.
@@xinxianshi Thank you! I have a Lexus IS F that I want to restore back to factory specs. I really love this car.
The cars are in near factory condition when Mechanic Han finishes up. What you don't see is: the measuring, and the various trips on the alignment racks, plus the use of actual factory parts, make the cars more than safe enough for daily driving. These repairmen are Factory Trained and performing the repairs in a Factory Authorized facility that has Senior management watching the repairs and repairmen. The vehicles are carefully checked before purchase from the auction lot to be sure that the vehicles can be safely repaired.
This is not a "Collision Center" that you find in the USA. Start with the first video and you see the growth of the facility in equipment for pulling the vehicles back into alignment. And the difference in the use of or lack of use of Body filler, Bondo, that "Han" uses compared to his co-worker Captain Bondo.
I have no problem taking my vehicles to "Han" for repairs.
It's great to hear your perspective on the high-quality work done by Mechanic Han and the team. The emphasis on factory training, the use of genuine factory parts, careful inspections before repairs, and the presence of senior management overseeing the process all contribute to a reassuring level of professionalism and safety in the repairs.
The growth of the facility and the investment in specialized equipment for aligning and restoring vehicles showcase a commitment to providing top-notch repair services. Additionally, the attention to detail, such as minimizing the use of body filler, reflects a dedication to achieving results that are as close to factory standards as possible.

.👍👍👍👍👍👍
What's that tool at 7:38? What's it for?
Hello, the tool you mentioned is called a sheet metal repair machine. It is a tool that uses high current to bond iron sheets to pull out the depression. It is a common tool for sheet metal repair.
I’m not sure this one was a good idea to fix also.. To much mud and having to hammer new metal?.. That would have been totaled here in the States.. ✌️👍
Thank you for your input! Repair decisions can indeed vary based on factors like local regulations, costs, and safety standards. In this case, the repair was undertaken to showcase the restoration process and might not align with what would be done in all regions. If you have any further questions or thoughts, feel free to share.
🍀Buy THETA & IRIS = huge potential!🍀
This car can no longer be driven. The geometry and power safety elements are broken. Only for disposal. I feel sorry for the person who buys this car. :(
That's really unfortunate. It's always disheartening to see a once beloved car reach such a state. Let's hope the next owner can find a way to salvage what they can or recycle it responsibly. 😔🚗💔
Worst one I've ever seen and it has no business being repaired. There's gotta be a limit guys 😒
I understand that you have concerns about the repair, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. However, it's important to note that skilled professionals carefully assess the damage and determine the feasibility of repairs. They follow industry standards and guidelines to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the vehicle. If the repair meets those standards, it can be considered a viable option. Ultimately, the decision to repair a vehicle lies with the owner, taking into account factors such as cost, sentimental value, and practicality.
@@xinxianshitrue but the safety standards in your country is not as concerning as it is here in the States ✌️👍
