I have A Lot of Tufted Titmouse at my house and have used a lot of calls for them. But this is by far the best one that I have ever used!!!!! The birds just fly in like crazy when they hear this!!! You should give yourself a pat on the back AWESOME JOB!!!

we have lots of these little cite birds in Clearwater Florida, they only would tske 1 seed at a time and go up the tree branch and enjoy their meal !!

I had a titmouse randomly visit my window a month ago when I had it open. I was singing, like I do when I'm alone. It came right to the window and started doing its call. It was a male! He was so cute. He started coming back once a day and would wait at the window for me. I would put my face against the screen, and he was so silly. He would hop around and sing. He came one morning and pecked on the window..my husband said your bird boyfriend is back, lol. He disappeared a few weeks ago. I hope he found a mate!!

I found this referred by Brooklyn 99 S2E23, Gina Linetti tries to do an impression of this bird by whistling and a bird watcher enthusiast tells her it sounds very like it.

The one I've heard most frequently is the three note call @ 1:45 or the two note call @ 2:30. Distinctive, but until this morning I was never able to pair that call with the bird UNTIL, on a walk just now, I heard that call coming from bare tree branches right above me and looked up and could see this little guy's crest and white breast. Mystery solved!!

It's funny ... some think when they see a Robin, it's Spring. But not all Robin's migrate south in cold weather. Red-Wings migrate 800-1000 miles south. So the true mark of Spring is when you see or hear the Red-Wings are back in town.
@ohioguy215 Very interesting! My mom never bought into the idea of a robin being a sign of spring because she claimed to see them in winter. I swear I've seen more robins than usual this winter, so I have to agree with her. She would always say the true sign of spring arriving would be hearing spring peepers at night. I'll be sure to add seeing red-winged blackbirds to my signs of spring list!
