@LiveLaughLiarif you were to read the titles, it would be better going from “is this is a bad idea?” to “this was a BAD idea” to “this is my worst nightmare”. It’s a build up from each of the previous titles. But for Scotts’s videos those titles are reversed, so it’s not like it’s following the usual ‘correct’ order of things to happen. I hope that makes more sense!

I don't remember if that was cut from Scar's episode, but hey, in his defence, if he didn't, he probably would have died..
Task Idea: You don't know your task (someone else) also doesn't know their task, on the next page of the secret book is their task, help them complete their task while they help you complete yours, you cannot tell them their task and they cannot tell you yours. You succeed and fail together. Example: "Secret Mix-up: Your secret is written in Scott's secret book, your book has Scott's secret, you must help him complete his task while he'll help you complete yours, neither of you can know your own task. Scott must ride a mount for 75% of the session or longer." And in Scott's book it will say something like: "Secret Mix-up: Your secret is written in Grian's secret book, your book has Grian's secret, you must help him complete his task while he'll help you complete yours, neither of you can know your own task. Grian must get 2 yellows angry at him."

It's generally a good idea. The only issue is with the actual tasks. They would have to be something that could be completed under those circumstances.
I think people have focused too much on social tasks instead of normal tasks. Original tasks like "dig a hole all the way down" has nothing to do with other people.

By the way his wasnt the only one, lizzies this session was to connect her base to everyone elses base. Bdubs first session had to build an ugly house. Copy someone elses base. Open the end portal. Theres not ONLY social tasks, but the commenters only suggest social ones, they just want meta tasks like grians "convince a yellow life that your task is to sing all session" which was super easy.

Technically speaking, it doesn't say that you have to figure out their task BEFORE they turn it in. Easy win, ask someone else what their task was, and then do it right in front of them. Just think, if Cleo had run into you and gone with her Plan A, you could have figured out her task (literally by reading the secret book), and then suggested that to be fair you should show her your secret book, and when she read it she'd confirm that you both completed your task. And then on the run back you could have rubbed it in her face, all "Yeah, we finished the same task at essentially the same time, but mine was a HaRd TaSk, Cleo."
Task idea: Announce that you are now playing a game of Tegg. Place the dragon egg in an accessible location, but you must have the egg for more than half the entire session

Another Task idea based on Scott's one: Do not reroll this task. You must find out someone's task and guess it. When guessing a person's task , you can inform them of your secret. If you guess correctly then swap tasks with the player you guessed correctly. If you have this task at the end of the session then you automatically fail. You can't guess the same person more than once. People figuring out your task doesn't count as a failure, only if you have this task at the end of the session do you fail
Task idea: Box ur self in dirt blocks or hide underground without shifting for 2 minutes in an area with 2 people or more and don’t get called out! (AMAZING VIDEO LOVED IT❤️)

bdubs is actually secretly GOATED. Not only did he take out the dragon but also was the main one who took out the wither in Last Life. like he has never really "Won" a life series. he has come damn close at points but every now and then I am reminded that BDubs is a surprisingly proficient player
It's so funny that Scott ended up helping make the path, since half the server finished their tasks within the first quarter of the session. Everyone had plenty of time to help with basic infrastructure, but instead they went to fight the dragon. This series is madness.
Happy birthday Scott! I have a task idea, “Reference” a time from a past series that has happened, but it has to be made up, and get someone to agree that it happened.
So far it's been 2 for 2 of Martyn losing a life not long before Jimmy loses the same one. The Big Dogs were the first yellow and second yellow, now they're the first red and second red. What if Martyn is first out and Jimmy is second out? I've been saying for a while now that it would be really funny for the curse to break, but then for Jimmy to be eliminated seconds later while in the process of celebrating the curse breaking.

Cause Martyn had punched Jimmy and caused him to lose half a heart, but then gifted a heart to him so that he’d start off the session with 30.5 hearts. That .5 of a heart’s been pulling it’s weight and Martyn’s been punished for it.
Someone already got a task like that in the first session. They had to be no more than 10 blocks from a certain player for 30 minutes without being called out.
Task idea: when someone talk's to you pretend you can't hear them until you encounter them again but you can't talk to anyone until after they try to talk to you (except for teammate's)
I just realized that… there’s going to be Elytra this series….. And Elytra are both very useful in making you not lose damage, while also being extremely dangerous and you can lose a lot of damage easily- yeah that uh…. That isn’t going to go horribly I’m sure 😃

(Player name) is poisonous, you cannot be near them for the rest of the session (Player name) Doesn’t exist, do not acknowledge them for half the session
Task Idea: [Randomly Assigned Player] is now your sworn rival for the session. Make their life difficult by whatever means possible and without letting on that you are the source of their misery. If they call you out, you fail.
Should be able to grab a hard task any time. Like if your low on hearts being able to double down on the task system or if you finished early you could gamble on getting another harder task before the end of the session.
Task idea: Disappear during a conversation and sneak back to the "Task Complete" button without being seen by anyone. You must disappear stealthily - digging a hole, building a wall to hide behind, or using an invisibility potion are allowed, but if somebody realizes you are doing it, that counts as being seen, even if you are technically out of sight. You must remain hidden from all players for at least a minute before pressing the button. You may retry if you are seen, and being seen a few seconds before hitting the button does not count as being seen, in case people are also completing their tasks at the same time.
Only 2 deaths this time, but it was 2 people’s 2nd death, both of which occurred in the end. Martyn fell into the void when he and several others entered at the same time, and Jimmy got knocked airborne by the ender dragon and didn’t have a water bucket to clutch with, causing him to die too. Obviously reds can also guess the yellows’ secret task but I think they can force 1 green player per session to reroll for a harder task if they haven’t already completed their task and they can reroll.

If you guess correctly then swap tasks with the player you guessed correctly. If you have this task at the end of the session then you automatically fail. You can't guess the same person more than once. People figuring out your task doesn't count as a failure, only if you have this task at the end of the session do you fail
Task idea: Box ur self in dirt blocks or hide underground without shifting for 2 minutes in an area with 2 people or more and don’t get called out!

Task Idea: Locked inventory, you can only only use your hot bar for inventory space, for the whole session. (or somthing simmular to do with inventory)
Task suggestion: Lead a creeper towards a group of 3 or more (including the player themselves) and have it explode. BUT make sure no one gets hurt. Do this without anyone suspecting you that this was a task

bdubs is actually secretly GOATED. Not only did he take out the dragon but also was the main one who took out the wither in Last Life. like he has never really "Won" a life series. he has come damn close at points but every now and then I am reminded that BDubs is a surprisingly proficient player
It's so funny that Scott ended up helping make the path, since half the server finished their tasks within the first quarter of the session. Everyone had plenty of time to help with basic infrastructure, but instead they went to fight the dragon. This series is madness.

So far it's been 2 for 2 of Martyn losing a life not long before Jimmy loses the same one. The Big Dogs were the first yellow and second yellow, now they're the first red and second red. What if Martyn is first out and Jimmy is second out? I've been saying for a while now that it would be really funny for the curse to break, but then for Jimmy to be eliminated seconds later while in the process of celebrating the curse breaking.

Cause Martyn had punched Jimmy and caused him to lose half a heart, but then gifted a heart to him so that he’d start off the session with 30.5 hearts.
That .5 of a heart’s been pulling it’s weight and Martyn’s been punished for it.

#suggest Task idea: Congratulations you are now married to the Frist person you run into for the rest of the episode, help them with there task and call each other cutesy names, share items and have them help you with yours, you can share this task with said person. However if the one you run into is a yellow then the yellow must reroll for a hard task. Lose and you both must reman married for the hole season and when ask question you both have to address each other as hubby or darling until otherwise a task tells you not to anymore.

@@valatrix711 miners in coal mines would take a canary with them while mining, and when the canary died, they knew the air was no longer safe. Jimmy has died (as in gone out of the series) first every series so far, and the lore is that when he dies, it means that the server is no longer safe, and people will start killing.

By saying no, she is forgoing the implicit return requirement. You get what you need, she gets a +1 in your friendship meter, and that +1 is worth more than an ingot.

Task: Your task is as follows: You must leave the book in the chest or lectern and provide the exact location in the chat. You need to make sure all yellows read this task and then avoid them for the rest of the session. Just a game of cat and mouse. Other players are allowed to read the task.
Task Ideas:
[NORMAL] Have a spoken conversation with someone else for 5 minutes. However, you must be at least 10 blocks away from them.
[HARD] Have nobody guess your task, yellow or not.
[RED] The only damage that can be dealt to your target must be from mobs or other natural causes. You succeed if they die.
Hard task idea: build 5 shrines for anything(animals, mobs, people,etc) through the server, if one of them gets destroyed build one at least 50 blocks away from it, if someone guesses it’s you, you must build one above or below their base, the second time this happens (another person) you must change the position of all the shrines( except the “first guess one”), then at the third you fail. If you succeed you must make it your personality or part of it.

I have a couple secret task ideas
Accuse someone of failing their task and walk them to the secret keeper, they will be allowed to succeed too. You may not reveal to them why until at the secret keeper.
Gift someone a free obsidian fence around their house, it must be two blocks tall. If you are caught building it you must start over with someone else.
Trick someone into giving you an item you are holding in your hand, if they notice you have it in your hand you must find someone else to trick.
The great betrayal: abandon your neighbors or clan and build a house with another clan, you are part of their clan for the session.
(Player name) is poisonous, you cannot be near them for the rest of the session
(Player name) Doesn’t exist, do not acknowledge them for half the session
Task Idea: [Randomly Assigned Player] is now your sworn rival for the session. Make their life difficult by whatever means possible and without letting on that you are the source of their misery. If they call you out, you fail.
Task idea: Convince someone to go to the nether with you only to abandon them once they enter the portal
Should be able to grab a hard task any time. Like if your low on hearts being able to double down on the task system or if you finished early you could gamble on getting another harder task before the end of the session.
Task Idea: Take 4.5 or less hearts in the session. Take 5 and you fail.
Task idea: Disappear during a conversation and sneak back to the "Task Complete" button without being seen by anyone. You must disappear stealthily - digging a hole, building a wall to hide behind, or using an invisibility potion are allowed, but if somebody realizes you are doing it, that counts as being seen, even if you are technically out of sight. You must remain hidden from all players for at least a minute before pressing the button. You may retry if you are seen, and being seen a few seconds before hitting the button does not count as being seen, in case people are also completing their tasks at the same time.
Only 2 deaths this time, but it was 2 people’s 2nd death, both of which occurred in the end. Martyn fell into the void when he and several others entered at the same time, and Jimmy got knocked airborne by the ender dragon and didn’t have a water bucket to clutch with, causing him to die too. Obviously reds can also guess the yellows’ secret task but I think they can force 1 green player per session to reroll for a harder task if they haven’t already completed their task and they can reroll.
