''Little tiny triggers lead to little tiny thoughts that snowball into huge cravings''...nice mnemonic...there's a nice musical sound to it...didi dada dido di du didi dada do.. de, dodo...didu duu dedi...13 - 3 - 5....now every time I think fo this sequence or I hear it somewhere, hopefully, it will evoke this sentence. You probably think music had nothing to do with the pause you made after the word snowball....you subconsciously knew exactly what you were doing...building the anticipation of the punchline. Or I might be stating the obvious, idk...

How does having three ppl to call/talk or be with be helpful for someone w relationship addiction though? It seems a bit counterproductive.
Also, in regards to treatment, there are some addiction sites that include behavioral addiction information, but the treatments always say drug or alcohol treatment/rehab, so it seems ppl with only behavioral addictions would still be out of place? Some sites mention that the programs/treatment also would treat behavioral addictions, but I only see that on the one page specified to explaining what behavioral addiction is and nowhere else on the websites when looking at the treatment information pages. Are behavioral addictions on its own actually qualified for these programs, I can't tell, but it gives the vibe of no... ?

Humans need support. Having a support system of friends is important to help cope with relationship addiction. It would be important to call the treatment center and ask about how they handle behavioral addictions. Behavioral addictions often require something of a different approach because abstinence is not ideal or possible.
