    Quality stuff !
As an aerodynamically handicapped tall and broad rider, this type of content is much appreciated.
Very surprised there isn't a k at the end of that subscriber count though.
It's bound to come soon I'm sure

Great videos! Do you have any videos for tips on riding flat road tours? I have a a tour coming up split into two days, 100km per day. Thank you!

and I'm even pretty confident recall that my watching/studying of the great lemond wasnt that much integral influence to my low cramped position, that i had figured that my speeds strengths were greater in said position before i had thoughts of lemonds lower position (as many have chimped of)

I've been in the sport for well over thirty years, ive tasked elite sprints, about the fastest miles per hour on certain grades that has been tasked, lets yet some recall of the wild arms russian sprinter, that the great phil ligget has quite touched on, recalling else of me, from decades back to recent, ive pretty much have had an oddly low saddle position (pretty outside the standard category position of saddles) kind of along what many had said about lemonds odd low position, yeh in over thirty years i well have tried many positions, though i have figured that my odd cramped like positions has been better integral to my speeds strengths, and as i recall I've touched on, on another bike thread, having a wider 42 (mainly 42) or 44 bar width has been far better for my speeds strengths vs having the tighter more aero size handlebars (40/38, lessen my speeds strengths),, have else in the whole expanse (psychologies biologies surrounding matters else)

I cringe at seeing sprints on a fixed trainer...it destroys most of the outdoor technique to point that I would be skeptical of wind tunnel sprint testing.
It also seems like producing your maximum sprint power outdoors is somewhat messy and is always less aerodynamic than a lower and sleeker position that generates less power but hits the same speeds. Maybe the best technique is to start your sprint with a max power stance, then transition into a lower position as your speed ramps up?

Mark Cavendish looks like he has a deformed vertebrae in the middle of his back. That can't be copied.
