Back to back to back videos. Damn Tucker you’re pumping out the videos. Thank you. Always a good day when I see your name in my notifications. Good luck everyone with the giveaway.
I like the uncut vids as well as some of the voiceover vids. They’re good stuff. And I know a lot of people just like the raw footage. I started doing the same thing.
Tucker! For the future, you gotta make sure you turn it on from harness side. While the chance is LOW, if the throttle is unknowingly stuck, you're gonna take a wing to the arm. Better to turn it on from harness side, since it's more than reachable.
I don't think either side is safe. On the other side, you have the netting, but it is going to thrust towards you. I've seen people nearly get their jugular chopped by doing that.
@@tuckergottuncut7180 That....that is a fantastic point actually. Maybe only turn it on once it's on your back? You can plug in the battery as is, but reaching over your shoulder should be doable? Damn, that's a horrible image.
Your testing on this subject is invaluable beyond measure. Absorbing every number, every reported characteristic. Is there any way we could get you to do a high-altitude test, say endurance flight @ 10,000+ ? It would be worth its weight in gold to us, sir.
I will go ahead and partially answer this question for you. With it's capacity it would be lucky to reach 2 to 5 thousand feet at full throttle let alone 10,000+. So that kind of endurance test is NOT happening with this unit period.
@@kevincollins8014 I watched another pilot take his to 6,000 and glided some 20km and still had power left to maneuver. This kind of discrepancy is exactly the reason we wish for Tucker to test it properly.
I'm loving the uncut videos I've been watching you for quite a while now at least a year or two and I'm impressed with the electric. A half hour flight is good
👋 Another happy landing! If that can has 18650 batts in it, I don't think they like to be run all of the way down to zero. Was that stiction due to mild heat expansion, or did the battery can actually deform I wonder.
Got a response in your last video that a new battery is coming out soon(a few months) with longer battery life. Wonder if it'd be worth it at all then...
I heard that they have a new solid-state lithium battery that has much more power and less weight but is also more expensive than the conventional cells.
I wonder if Vittorazi would produce an engine that would run on ethanol or a methanol/ethanol mix? Most ICE engines are capable of running on alcohol, but 2 stroke needs the oil. Alcohol is a renewable fuel and might be another alternative. Does Tucker know anything about this with his contacts with Vittorazi?
I reckon if I was testing a rig, and saying ' I wonder if this frame is strong enough' when I was about to do some high G manoeuvres I'd do it with some good height, and definitely a reserve. 😮. I guess you fly with one?😊 Just saying. 😅
That thing rips with that wing. I mean 18 minutes of ripping is not bad. It would be nice if it were longer. I think it would be awesome when you get to the LZ take the electric paramotor up and check out the air before taking the 2 stroke up. Or taking it to work and keeping it in the truck and stop and flying from anywhere if you find a new spot or LZ. I think it is perfect for that. I really like it.
its VERY unlikely that the battery randomly catch fire. we need to stay away from "battery is bad" mentality. every day hundreds of cars are on fire all over the world. may it be from an accident or just randomly, lets say fuel leaks on the hot exhaust. - yet nobody is talking about it anymore because we expect that to happen. but boy does the news go nutz when an EV is on fire from an accident. i am working with lipos for 15 years. and i NEVER see one just bursting into flames by magic. its either while charging (because faulty BMS) or external force. and i am not talking impact but taking a metal pole and drive it through the entire battery. be honest the chances you getting impaled by a metal pole while flying are rather low. but lets say IF that happens i guess a burning battery wont be your biggest problem when you crashed into metal spikes and they are all stuck through your body into the battery. "but i see cars on fire while charging" i hear you say? yes and 90% of the time its the drivers fault by damaging the battery pack from driving over rocks or other stuff laying on the street and totally ignore it. just plug it in to charge and hope its fine until its not fine and then cry around at the manufacturer, claiming the battery just decided to catch fire from pure evil thoughts - AND on purpose! 🤣
For public safety why not once again jump on the ban wagon out of ignorant fear? Imagine if the news reported on gas cars just randomly blowing up like a mafia hit? We would not drive anything.

I was thinking the exact same thing. We don't want Tucker to become a contestant in the accident videos.

18 minutes is a half hour?

seems like a lesser chance of fire, with no gas to possibly leak during barrel-rolls 🖖👽

Nice job shredding on that small wing and showin us that there is no replacement for displacement!! Nice unit but give me gas any day of the week!
Good Morning everyone!
I think if anyone could develop a regen-braking mode for that motor, it would be you.
It should have REGEN , infinite flight
A vomit inducing flight for the viewer.
My only fear is the battery catching fire. At least when the EV's catch fire you can stop and run but in the air this it strapped to you,
Thermal run-away will melt back fat.

I wonder how much lighter the battery is when empty. It must be lighter. It's the law.
It's not lighter. The energy change is chemical and reversible by charging also to chemical.
