"America’s Destiny: Insights from the Baha'i Teachings" a Talk by Ken Bowers

- In this talk titled "America’s Destiny: Insights from the Baha'i Teachings" by Ken Bowers, he shares some stories relating to the events of bicentenary of the Birth of Baha'u'llah, and also explores how the Revelation of Baha'u'llah is a miracle, and how we have to be actively engaged in helping to put our plans into action.
Ken Bowers currently serves as the Secretary of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States, the annually elected body governing the activities of Baha'is in the 48 contiguous states. Prior to being elected to the National Assembly, he served as an appointed member of the National Teaching Committee, the principal arm of the National Assembly, acting as its Secretary for nearly 10 years. Until 1991, Mr. Bowers owned and operated a business in Atlanta. He is the author of 'God Speaks Again', an introductory book about the Baha'i Faith which can be found here: amzn.to/2r1t2pW. Together with their children, Mojdeh and Ford, Ken and his wife Mojgan make their home in Wilmette, Illinois, in the northern suburbs of Chicago

At times when we listen to talks,we think O so complicated.Yes it is we try to understand and assimilate as much as possible
But what we must remember when we pray with a pure heart and live kindly and humbly,GOD allowed himself to penetrate our system and help us to turn towards Him. SO MANY people turn to GOD,THEY DO DO NOT HAVE ANY EDUCATION AT ALL. YET THEY ARE SO ATTRCTED TO THIS FORCE ,THEY PRAY REGULARLY AND THET KNOW THEY HAVE TO BE HUMBLE AND KIND.SO WE MUST NOT WORRY IF WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND, JUST TURN TO GOD AND I LEAVE YOU TO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELVES

Beautiful post so very clearly explained. Love is the only way forward. Love towards the lost, the broken, the hate filled, the ego filled, the scared ,the panicking . And this fact is now being promoted in great ways by the likes of Russell Brand and Dr Jordan Peterson [both as I see it are Bahai"s.,they just do not know it yet lol]

What a deception!!!! Real Christians, knows the JESUS is the only way to God! He will return soon! Those “pastor” u mentioned, aren’t Christians! Actually, the Bible aware us to be careful with false protects. Again, JESUS is the Lord!
