OK, I have to ask you for something I haven't been able to find anywhere. I want to see if you happen to have a lock down bar for a Mars God Of War? It's a system 80 wide body. I don't care if it's ugly. I don't care it it's bent, I can fix that. If someone has one, I could use it. Thank you.

What a cool concept. Can't wait to see the playfield all cleaned and waxed. The cost to print the back glass must have been expensive. If it was mine, I might get a repro glass and put the original in a safe place. I doubt many originals are around in that condition. Be a shame if something was to happen to it. (use NY gangster voice) LOL
Great video. The good thing about games that don’t work is that they don’t get any more abuse. They just stay suspended in time until someone like Ronnie comes along and fixes them. Then they get worn out some more until they break down again. This machine looks like it has spent a lot of time not working. That playfield is pretty handsome, and the cab looks reasonable too. What a great game ‘for the whole family’.
I've had some in before I'm convinced only worked two years and broke, then they sat like that just as you said, perpetually perfect.
You sir, are an asset to the world.

The coin unit subtract coil counts down and scans players for matches.

I definitely remember this Gottieb machine back in the day. There were several machines by them with a similar layout. One of my favorites for sure.

Thanks for the video. I’m new to EMs and am working on my Gottlieb Jet Spin. I am having some of these same issues. This helps me think of troubleshooting areas I need to look at. Also thanks for walking through the schematics. That is very helpful too. I love the community that is out there that is willing to share their knowledge with each other and us newbies.

Yes they are, one is a original gottlieb and the other is a bally, back in the day the operators would use what they had :)

If I didn't know better I would think that this machine was set up by an instructor in a EM Repair Tech Class for the class to do a hands on repair as the final test before graduation.

JOE, The Reset Control Relay, is resetting which stepper units and relays? I'm not sure if all EM games all have a Reset control relay. I don't know what the reset control relay is going because I thought that all the stepper units and score reels have zero position switches which get reset only by the EM start button or ball outhole switch or the game over switch. The Reset control relay but be connected to the EM start button, ball outhole switch, game over switch, anti cheat switch, tilt switch>?

We sold a EM pinball to a guy once who lived in a condo, He made us unplug the Chimes! imagine playing it with no bells?
