No, it's actually "Las Setas (de Sevilla)" as it means Seville's Mushrooms. It's in plural, because there is a lot but yeah, it's better that you call it Setas than Metropol Parasol because nobody will give you directions if you ask them with that name lol.
Why isnt there any info of what to do in the evenings
At night there are many party places. From going to the river to drink, to going to Alfalfa or Paseo Colon or Alameda (alternative environment). Then you can go to Discos like Casino, Alfonso, Uthopia. If you want to have dinner you can go to several places, the most typical are the Colonials or el Patio. Seville at night has a lot of life
