I am from Bihar and I feel sad when North East people are discriminated in other states. Let's go visit Nagaland and other north eastern states. Too much tourism in Northern Hills is destroying ecology of Himachal, Uttarakhand. Let's be a sustainable tourist and visit all parts of India. North East is really heaven. And when we visit try local food, learn local customs, languages and respect them. Much respect to Anubhav!

I have seen a lot of food vloggers in India but har koi sirf khata hai aur bohot achha ya bohot bura bolta hai....aap proper har ek ingredient, cooking technique ko ananlyse krte ho aur communicate krte ho. and you are like really really open to all kinds of Indian cuisines, whether it be north eath or south indian.. you're truly liberal and open in your food criticisms and I love it. Aloo chop, peyaji, beguni and fuluri with muri and green chilli are the traditional favorite evening snacks of West Bengal. In some districts of the state (Bankura, Purulia etc.), people take it as breakfast too.
Sadly, the food trucks at City Tower is no longer there and relocated to DC Court Junction. Just for information. The City Tower junction has gone so pale and numb without the streetfood vendors anymore.

😂 thoes were the day's Momo's point Kamla Nagar,was near St.Stephen college my cousin was there, flew all the way from Mumbai to visit him. The pork momo and spring rolls were old time favorite. 😂 i remember my best buds and her friends had big time loss motions because they had to much of thoes momos
My parents spent 40 years in Dimapur. I have some nice memories and that time so many food options were not available. Even in night moving out was less for common people. Good to see Dimapur changing.

The taste habits of North east Indians are exceptional in quality and also very diversified and natural. Do watch the channel i mentioned rather than watching these common channels. You'll get to know about the North east Indian food habits in a very detailed and diversified manner.

BFRS was an introduction to Naga food and basically Nagaland for Sonny and his Global audience. But for me as a Local Naga, I also really appreciated DFW and Anubhavji's perspective of not just focusing on Traditional/local cuisines but also the general food scene here. I thought it was very informative and helpful for his audience about what to expect if they visited and were looking for particular food to eat. The DFW's Nagaland series also did a great job in educating the audience about how diverse Nagaland is, with citizens from other states also residing here, something which was contrary to most people's assumption outside the northeast.
Dimapur street food is best.. Kohima wala tho less ingredients and very expensive. Even 200rs is less for single person to eat at kohima street food idk its very expensive😢. No offence tho
You might not know this...but DIMAPUR was not a part of nagaland but was actually a part of assam and mostly inhabited by the DIMASA people....in 1963 it was leased to nagaland for 99 years.
