Relaxing MOJITO...

The Mojito is one of Cuba's oldest and most well-known cocktails. Rum, lime, sugar, mint and soda. Technique is what separates a good mojito from a great mojito!

- 10-12 mint leaves
- 15ml rich syrup (0.5 oz)
- 60ml lightly aged rum (2 oz)
- 30ml lime juice (1 oz)
- 45ml soda water (1.5 oz)
