Here’s my drink called The Hammer 8 ounce glass filled with ice Add 1 ounces Spirytus Vodka 1 ounces Everclear 2 ounces of Peach Schnapps Fill the rest with orange juice

I used to have people change from their "long time" bartenders to me at the same bar because they thought I 2as either over pouring for them or was some sort of evil genius who made their drinks so much better... All I did was use more ice! 😊 (And we used to call a drink just like that "The panty dropper!) 😅

Only drink you couldn't taste the alcohol in was this cherry lemonade or limeade my moms friend made when I was little. I know because I was little and ALWAYS have been able to taste even 3% alcohol drinks and hated them so much when I'd take a little sip of my moms drink to try it. We were at the beach and I was thirsty and grabbed the refillable water bottle my mom and her were sharing from and it was lemonade. I was like what is this it's really good? I was like 6 and they were like "be careful don’t drink that it's got alcohol in it!" And I was like no it doesn't, and my mom was like "exactly you can't even taste it Nancy's a good bartender". At that moment I realized two things: that people can and try to make drinks where you don’t taste the alcohol, and that people don’t want to taste the alcohol yet still drink it, I thought it was weird and didn't understand that, why would you drink something if you have to cover up the taste? Why not just leave it out? It wasn't until I was about 16 that I figured out the answer with a couple friends and a $12 bottle of jewel whisky.
I can never taste the alcohol in amaretto sours. Maybe since I started drinking it and am not used to amaretto but I just didn’t taste any alcohol, at least it didn’t have a bite to it

I can make you a stronger drink easy. Take a beer mug, don't add ice. Fill with an entire bottle 190 overproof Rum. That's it. It's so strong, if you drink it you will die.

Quick tip: Citrus fruits and drinks severely reduce the taste of alcohol.
Try 1 part gin + 3 parts grapefruit juice
I prefer limeaide with my gin, but otherwise 100% agree.
And the Everclear was just the 120 proof version, instead of the 190 proof. Some states won’t sell the full strength stuff.
