how many hours for you from the first assembly to finished? your piece or art already reached more or the same as AutoArt Signature... Thanks for sharing!
What a fantastic job! The paint finish is so nice! I am building the FXX K and I am very nervous about tearing through the clear and paint when I sand the edges and raised parts for polishing. How did you avoid that?
You should not sand edges with sand paper. Edges will be teared always when you sand. So don’t polish edges with sand. Always polish edged after clear finished with polish wax.
Looks like you had to repaint? If you did, did you get additional decals for it?
Very nice build. i have this kit as well and currently working on it now. What color red product did you use for the body. It's perfect Ferrari red.
Hi, it's an italian red from Mr.hobby which is lacquer paint.
Remarkable! I want to build mine now.
Fantastic job! What clear coat did you use for this one?
Hi, mate
I used a lacquer type of gloss clear.
Great job! Thank you for the video.
Thanks

Also what grit sandpaper did you use when polishing?
When I polish, I use Tamiya compound (fine and finish)
Normally use 3000-5000 sponge type before clear work. And after clear, I dry it more than 2 days then polish with tamiya compound.

@@plamodelstudio Thank you very much for your response!
Muy buen trabajo, pero te puedo hacer una pregunta con que liquido le sacaste el cromado a las llantas...?
fantastic work! I watched all 4 vids start to finish. Can you tell us why you had the wheels in jars with liquid (not sure what was in there)?
Hi, the liquid is Clorox for kitchen cleaning. I use it to remove chrome anodized plastics.
That is to strip the chrome plating off to repaint
What.colour did u used for the rim? Tamiya laquer?
I always use Mr.colour lacquer.
wow man, awesome job. paintwork is superb!
Thanks^^
Outstanding!!
Awesome 👏
What color did you use for corsa red on ferrari??? Maybe Tamiya paint code??😀
Hi, I used a Italian red color of Tamiya
@@plamodelstudio Thanks man! Have a great day
Aren't Tamiya car kits great?
Why all the sanding on the red body parts?
Hi, sanding makes better reality because the original plastic body has many parting lines and uneven surface.
How do you make the seats look like cloth?
Hi, if you use matt color or clear matt after color on, it looks like cloth.
TS-85 or TS-8 ? thank you I am thinking this for a long time.
I used Italian red lacquer paint with airbrush. Any lacquer brand would be ok.
@@plamodelstudio Thank you so so much ! that helps me a lot !
That Ferrari emblem is lean from the back.
I built these but it’s maisto
Impressive… Still not as detailed as a maisto…
