Doris, an international student can't differ unless otherwise, maybe if u have a genuine reason, not money related. Secondly keep in mind that as an international student, it is not easy to work on campus and pay for your bills and tuition unless u have a scholarship or someone else is sponsoring you. Thank you

Legally to be able to work more than 20 Hours, it has to be when school is not in session. You are allowed to work more than 20 hours when school is in session or scheduled holidays!

You can still study filming at a cheaper college like Wayne. I think you should pursue what you love and what you have more knowledge on. Other options could be anything stem major.

The tuition rate would be the same. So after the two years at the community college. You’ll have to transfer your credits to Wayne and then you continue from there at Wayne. Does that make sense ?
Thanks for taking time to watch this video. Congratulations on your HND! I believe you need to work with a college based on your credits you have. It will not be equivalent to a bachelors degree, so you might have to do some more credits to be able to do masters in the US!
For your first your at Wayne, I believe you are required to stay on campus but after that you can certainly move off campus to save money. Also, if you are a transfer student, you don’t have to stay on campus.

With you GPA, you should be able to get admission to a college. Some will give you need or merit based scholarships!
