These machines are just fascinating, I can watch a few of these videos every day. Its pretty great in 1080p HD too.
Tigercat is the only way to travel. However after reading the article in between the branches I think the skidder will be using the saved fuel from not having to travel the steeper ground by gathing up all the stray trees in these bunches. This machine does a great job of making the skidders job more efficient as long as the operator isnt cutting corners trying to be fast. It doesnt matter if you cut 2000 trees a day if the guy taking them to roadside has to spend 2-3 times as long getting them.
I'm sure you are. We all have stray trees every once in a while. I'm not telling you how to cut trees. Just that taking the time to clean up the bunches goes a long way. Thats all. 400 hrs is plenty of time when you have been falling trees with any kind of machine for as long as you say you have. I'm sure you will continue to get better. Good luck with your new Tigercat. You are sure to be happy with it. It is an animal of a machine.

Cotontop3 is his TH-cam channel and they love it it was only maby a year ago they traded it in for an lx830 they have nothing but videos of this quality also run a 635d skidded and recently got an 630e
