I graduated in 1988 and my friends and I would only listen to Bon Jovi, Poison, Motley Crue, Van Halen, Ozzy, AC/DC, Def Leppard, and so on. I still listen to them , but appreciate and listen to songs like this and other pop songs I missed out on in the 80s and 90s a lot more now than I did then.
This brings memories back when my eldest daughter was born in 1998 & I'd have MTV on in the background while I was looking after her & this was on all the time. Still love the video too.

Such a cute and catchy song! And could the singer BE any cuter? She is LITERALLY going for the pixie look here. I don't know if that comes naturally...but she pulls it off perfectly!!! There was another artist who pulled it off very well, although she didn't go for the 'pixie' look, she still had that 'playful' energy, while her bandmates emoted that 'all business' feel in the video. The album this is off is alright, I know that I bought it back in the day. I don't know this video though, it's not the one I am familiar with ......... 👍
They have so many much better songs than this! They are a Christian band i grew up listening to and one of the only ones I still listen to as an atheist now.
