To me I think it seems obvious Frank knew daredevil was Matt. There’s a number of times that he seems like he realizes Matt has the voice on the roof. Not to mention that Scoonover said he was great with voices and recognizing inflections

I'd recommend first watching Jessica Jones season 1. Besides getting to know another character for defenders, it's actually one of the best seasons of all the shows, with a brilliant villain
I think Frank knew that he's Matt the moment he woke up at the hospital but realized he's blind. Then he confirmed it when he was at the court and Matt asked if he can call him Frank (you can see in his like 'oh wait, is this the red MF'). Also Matt had his cowl off and Frank had a scope sniping the ninjas then later saying "see you around red" like he knows he's gonna hear it.
That talk before they go into the final fight always gets me. Matt truly loves Elektra. She is his other half. I’m glad they explore their complicated relationship; it’s very very much like in the comics where they are often enemies due to their different views in killing yet they always come back to each other. Also that scene of “she liked orchids” was ripped straight out of the Frank Miller comic.
It's amazing how similar the funeral scene is to Gwen's funeral in Amazing Spider-Man 2. I'd love to see Matt and Andrew Garfield's Spidey team up. Unfortunately, it seems that the Disney+ Daredevil reboot is not a continuation of this incredible series... There's no way it can compete with this level of adult targeted storytelling.
I’ve seen your community post and yes, the best thing you can do is watch Jessica Jones S1, then Defenders and then DD S3. The first season of JJ is good, the only season other than DD and Punisher that is good and by watching JJ meet another important character, that way you can appreciate Defenders a little bit more, not that is an amazing show but it helps more and then you can fully appreciate the masterpiece of DD S3 with the development and knowledge of the events of Defender’s. That being said for time and all of that I want to see your reaction to JJ but I don’t care about Defender’s reactions because the best part about the show is DD and the other stuff is pretty inconsistent and bad So for me you should react and upload the JJ reactions but watch Defenders on your own, that way you can appreciate DD S3 and save time by not editing Defenders. The Punisher you can watch it when you start DD S3 and watch both at the same time, I think should be the best way. I just want you to get to DD S3, the first season is a masterpiece and the second season is great, mostly because DD, Frank, Kingpin, Foggy, Karen and Ben but the Hand stuff isn’t good written, especially knowing the comics, but the third season is in a whole different level and I can’t wait to see your reaction to that masterpiece. Spider-Man is my favorite superhero, but live action the best superhero character in my opinion is this Matt. The people that worked on this show made an incredible job in every filmmaking aspect and the writing of Matt, Wilson and some of the supporting characters.

Just don’t go straight into Daredevil Season 3 because you’re going to be so lost from the opening scene

Frank definitely saw that it was Matt as Daredevil. I hate the entire Elektra/Hand storyline. The best thing I ever did for myself was make an edit of 2nd season that cuts out that entire storyline so I can rewatch it without screaming at my television. I'm glad you enjoyed it, though...it's just not for me. What I loved about s1 Daredevil was that it was grounded in reality...the only thing that was really a stretch was believing that Matt's senses are as heightened as they are...but I didn't have to become a yoga master to make that stretch...to buy the entire Hand line, I'd need to become Reed Richards.
I feel like to be really captivated by defenders you need to watch the other series for Jessica jones, Luke Cage and Iron fist to really get an understanding for these characters and side characters and not go in so confused punisher isn’t part of the defenders at all

Every filmmaking aspect is bad, bad acting, cinematography, choreography, writing and storytelling, everything is bad. Luke Cage is just average, no need to watch them, the best he can do is what I said.
