    One of the best explanation / summary of the overall design thinking process in all the videos strating from Empathize, ideation, Prototype to Test. Testing is not final step but infinite loop, can't agree more..Thanks a lot for this.

      Oh, Anuj, you are giving me way too much credit - you're seeing me backward - it's shot in a mirror so that the writing can be read. It's called a Lightboard. 😄

    Could I make a suggestion? I find myself having hard time reading the writings. Well, I mean more effort than normal. They is too bright and weird writing (please don't take offence, your writing is better than mine!). Perhaps try using different color or typology.

    We need to add quality also

    • @MindfulMarks
      @MindfulMarks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes - pursue quantity to achieve quality. Assessing quality comes after creating a quantity of solutions/ideas produced using ideation methods.

    • @MindfulMarks
      @MindfulMarks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kevin_mugo That's still really general. What kind of business? What kind of performance? Without knowing very specific information about the company, meeting, workshop, etc. it's just guessing. These would require much more explanation, but some of the top exercises I'd suggest are #1 Improv Games (“Yes, and“) #2 Game Storming (workshop where the team creates a board game for a new service or business model) 3# Outrageous role play (teams act out scenarios related to the issue at hand, but with a twist) 4# Mashups (one of my favorites - pairing something relevant with something novel like “carnival rides for 90-year-olds”) 5# Suspend Judgment Game (designate a day where no one will judge anything and score is kept on judgments made - the person with the lowest score wins)

    3:08 "that (relevance) is what we do really really well" - well, we used to, but in today's world, i dont think that relevance is adhered to as much as it used to be earlier. and result is even more chaos. now, i am not saying that what u r saying here is bad.
