- Rattlesnake Rapids is a river rapid ride where riders board rafts and float down a mock river encountering rapids, waves, and waterfalls designed to get the rider wet and simulate white-water rafting. Ride vehicles consist of yellow, circular rafts that can hold up to nine riders at a time. The rafts are made of fiberglass with a rubber ring that surrounds the raft to create buoyancy and provide a bumper as the raft encounters other rafts or obstacles throughout the ride. The station of Rattlesnake Rapids is at the highest point of the ride. Riders load and unload using a circular platform that is constantly moving and then enter the river, which flows downhill to large lift that brings the rafts back to the station.

Great pov. Lagoon is awesome, and Rattlesnake Rapids is one of the best wild west themed river rapids rides I've been on.

This ride is so fun! I love it a lot, and the waterfall at the end has everyone moving in they’re seats!
Going to the park for the first time in about a month and that entrance alone has just shot this attraction up in my anticipated list.
Looks like a pretty amusement park with lots of natural beauty and those mountains in the background.
I swear people people get so dramatic about getting wet I think its better when you have your whole fam and friends in their and not strangers

I remember going on that ride, and there were people dumping water from their water bottles in the river trying to get me wet. I did not get very wet though but it was still a fun ride.
That’s good my parents hate getting wet but water rides have ways been my favorite

Yes. There are no seatbelts on this one like there are on most other river rapids rides. They probably should install them IMO.

Probably so. People stand up on this one like they shouldn’t quite a bit. This river ride doesn’t have seatbelts like most other rides of this kind do. They probably should install them because standing up and moving around on this kind of ride is dangerous. I wouldn’t be surprised if I hear a tragic news story someday about how some riders cause their boat to overturn. The warnings to remain seated and to keep your hands and arms and legs in are no joke.

I went on this ride exactly 1 day ago and my father and I got SOAKED. great ride though it was 90 degrees so it felt good. 👍
My family lives about 30 minutes away from lagoon so anytime I go I try to sneak in a visit. Rattlesnake rapids’ line is always way to long for me to wait so thx

What’s also great about this ride is their are little squirt guns besides the queue lines that could can spray riders with. I remember I soaked my grandma and ruined her id.
Yeah so I enjoy the ride called rattle snake Rapids but I always wondered why they called it that and how it also got it's name
This part if Utah has a ton of rattlesnakes. My grandad would go out hunting for them because of the mass amounts
if you went here in the summer the lines would be so long
I like the slide it's a little scary I don't like how it goes up and down
I like this ride I don't like how it tips over a little bit that's scary
My cousin got so wet on this ride😂

oh cool me and my family are going to lagoon when we go to salt lake city I don't know when but we are going to lagoon and my cousin is coming to lagoon and then we will be going to ugle zoo after but I think we are going to stay on lagoon for the day? And go back to my aunt's house after and go swimming and then we are going to bed? And then the next morning we will be just hanging out with cousin's and going to the zoo and going to go swimming and maybe go to the park and have some fun and having a picnic at the park and go swimming for the rest of the day and go to bed of corse because we have to get some sleep for the next day? And I think we will be going home the next day? And then I have to go to girls camp which we are sleeping in the tent so please comment me before the others please thank you
