Rush is probably the best prepared hospital in country and Chicago has many more like it which is why the infections rates have increased but remained manageable in the city. He also probably bought that out of pocket at the gift store.

Those jackets are not given for free. You can buy them at their gift shops. A Nike sweater with a Rush logo embroidered on it costs around $40-60. I know because I am student that goes to Rush for clinicals.
I hate to say this but We All might catch this CVD unless your self contained in ranch setting , in bunker stock piled with food or on Island somewhere so forth and so on and hoping for a vaccines .

I see some people wearing N-95 under surgical masks, but maybe they're conserving them or only wearing them when tending directly for patients.
