Question, where did you get your fender flares/wheel arch flares? They are perfect! Did you have to cut to fit or are they made specifically for the Patrol? Thanks and as always keep up the great vids!

David do you think the 40mm tough dog HBMC lift minimizer the change in angles for the suspension which least stresses them ( whilst giving you the benefits of ground clearance for off roading)?

IMO 40mm lift is perfect for Y62’s

Do you need to change upper control arms for a y62 if you just have 35s with a bull bar and a rear bar + a 1 or 2 inch lift?

If you go over 40mm lift you need to add UCA’s

One 4wding benefit with your higher lift will be the extra clearance to stop getting hung up on things. And as you mentioned, the up travel will play a part in how much flex you get. Have you looked into the possibility of extended shocks? I guess the angles of the CV's etc could be a limiting factor there.

Rear when measuring will be somewhat consistent in droop overall length but small variations will occur with different arms & alignment positioning. Same with front excluding LCA changes where the lower shock mount position is moved with various OnTrack LCA lifts. With mine I’ve got well over 700mm droop because of my custom LCA’s. My restriction is CV bind which isn’t good. I need limit straps on mine because I’m literally popping retainer rings in my front CV’s after I go wheeling.

Yeah right. I’ve seen the rear shock moved before that gave much more droop, is that what you have done?

That last car doesn’t have fender flairs. That is why your measurement was different.
