That's interesting. There is Soulbound, which the AoS RPG. I'd be really into telling stories through the battles. But the current system of keeping a spreadsheet of new abilities and whatnot falls flat for me.
I'm going to be honest. I don't think people would buy a battle tome if the stats weren't included. And that the stats were free online. That having been said. I kind of wish a battle tome. Contained not just the painting stuff and lore. But also contained a story in it that was exclusive to the tome. as well as several exclusive missions. For your army. And missions that would interact with multiple other armies
I think GW thinks the stats sells the tome. But honestly, I rarely use the tome for that and just use the app. I much more appreciate the other parts of the tome.
@battleready7214 i don't agree, if you remove more rules, It would become a book only about artworks and background. It's loke a book like It, but It would be more an araldic and dressing book (GW release them in the past, those and the collector ones) but It would be a battletome. The only thing i would like improved Is the anvils of Apotheosis that I would like It'd become a matched official rules to personalizze your own Hero completely (I ask too much ^^ ). Anyway they can continue like this wothbthe battletome, the only thing to avoid Is becomong like the 40k codecies (since the 9th ed they are useless for both rules and BG and ovrepriced ).
Looking forward to the new Gloomspite Gitz battle tome in the army box. Hoping for some good new Gitz lore
Me too! I'm excited for new Gitz!
Imagine a dungeons & dragons style adventure but age of sigmar. Maybe starting with 500 points building army. Along the quest

@battleready7214 I agree. I wish Path to Glory was actually a story.
@@otaha1988 Me, too! I'd love for more narrative in Narrative play.

Yes, they are good, and seeing0k ones, really amazing. Points out of the book are even better cause.. they change the,ma before even day 1 selling
I agree. Get the points out of there and use the app for that. That's a good start. But I think a few more rules should go, too.

@@lucabastianello9830 Thanks for sharing your perspective! I do agree that the Narrative Play experience could be improved, though.
