The sister scene is by far the best scene in the game. When Arthur says he is afraid. That is when it hit, when he talked about his momma and daddy, his old love and his son. And how he lost everyone and then how he is afraid he is going to die, knowing he is near the end of his life. Not sure how many people think it is the best scene, but for me, it is the most real it felt. Never cried at the game but the sorrow I felt for Arthur there was the closest I felt to crying. Just unbelievable how Rockstar have made such an amazing story that could be a movie. Basically it is a movie you have some control with.

A lot of voice actors don't really care for their character and see it as a pay check and move on.
But you can tell Roger Clark had his input on the story, his own editions that he felt were necessary for Arthur Morgan.
During this video you can even see him talk about certain animations that not a lot of players would catch such as Javier pointing his gun at the sky.

14:55 I think roger would really like this idea, in this ending which I hope every player had the first time, Arthur isn’t actually seeing the setting sun to the west, he’s seeing the rising sun to the east. He couldn't have been seeing the setting sun anyways. The entire ending mission is at night and you see the sin rising in the east. Arthur told Charles that he wanted to be buried facing the west. He never said anything about which way he wanted to face while dying

The quote is strange in that it isn't accurate because the sun rises in the East not West, but he very clearly says this nonetheless. And how tf is he going to "think of all the good times" if he is already dead... this is obviously referring to the moments leading to death, and this is even further proven in that the entire context of the conversation was the fear of dying.

Another theory of why did Dutch shoot Micah, is that when John and Micah started to mention Arthur, Dutch remembered the night Arthur died, how Arthur was looking to his eyes telling him a last time Micah was the rat, and Dutch eventually even realized that Micah was a bad one, for shooting Susan Grimshaw while she did nothing wrong to the gang

Great video, thanks. So heartwarming to see that Roger is as much a fan as any of us, even noticing some small details, and understanding deep and complex characters, their motives. Not a lot of players actually do that or appreciate the work that was put into all of that sadly.
