भाई हमने सुकन्या में 2015 में खाता खुलवाया था गांव में हर महीने 1 हजार 5 हजार 3 हजार जितना होता था जमा करते थे passbook पर एंट्री करते थे और मुहर भी लगाते थे 2 साल बाद जब हमने बड़े पोस्ट ऑफिस में computer एंट्री कराया तो पता चला 20 हजार खा गए पोस्ट ऑफिस वाले हमारे पासबुक पर 70 हजार जमा हैं ओर अकाउंट में 50 हजार ही है हमने बहुत चक्कर लगाया बहुत कंप्लेन किए भाई कुछ नही हुआ साल में एक बार गांव जाता हु 2,4 दिन पोस्ट ऑफिस जाता हु मैनेजर बोलता है करवाता हु ठीक आज तक कुछ नही हुआ आज 9 साल होने वाले है सब चोर हैं 😢
अगर आपके खाते मे 70 हजार जमा के सभी किस्त मै पोस्ट ऑफिस वाले का seal और sign हैं to आपको वो पैसा मिल जायेगा, क्युकी ये पैसा जिसने जमा लिया था उसने धोका किया। आप हेड पोस्ट ऑफिस के Inspactor या SP के पास जाकर passbook के साथ रिपोर्ट कीजिये उनके खिलाप। जिसने पैसा खाया उसको भरना पड़ेगा

So online complaint is not possible. I made my concern but that's not resolved and not informed and no update. I did complaint physically by written way. But I want to complain now against post office manager so what I do?

आदरणीय महोदय एक दिन मेरे घर पर रजिस्टर्ड पार्सल देने के लिए डाकिया आया और उसी समय मेरे घर पर मेरी माँ और पिताजी मौजूद थे और डाकिया कहता है कि पार्सल पर जिसका नाम लिखा है उसे ही पार्सल दूँगा, मैंने कहा कृपया, पंजीकृत पार्सल मेरे पिता को दे दें और पिता कागज पर हस्ताक्षर कर देंगे क्योंकि मैं अपने पिता को पार्सल प्राप्त करने के लिए अधिकृत कर रहा हूं, लेकिन डाकिया ने डिलीवरी करने से इनकार कर दिया और कहा कि मैं इसे आपके पिता को नही दूंगा,

आप अगर कड़ी action लेना चाहते है तो उसके खिलाप हस्त लिखित complaint बना के head post office के SP को submit कर सकते हैं। Otherwise online Complaint करने से भी departmnt के through उसके उपर थोड़ा बहुत action लिया जाता हैं।

Agar postal department Aisa karta hai toh PMO (Prime Minister Office) ko sithi likho bhaiyo ki aap ke sath galat ho raha hai aur postal department koi reply nahi de Raha hai. To PMO se 100% Reply milega

One of the most bad office is Indian post office. At a regular basis , people should make line for making small deposit or withdrawal.
My daughter s. SB account is with post office under Mahabhairab sub post office under Tezpur Post office Assam. As the account was not running it turns to inoperative account.
As per their advice ,I have deposited all the papers including kyc of my daughter before Two Months back to sub post office. At a regular basis I used to go to that office and one ,I e where account exists Mahabhairab po , but reply not received from their main Head office Tezpur, and texture main office telling, we can't say any.
Request please withdraw your deposit from post office and keep in Bank

कुछ नही होता इस पर कम्पलेन्ट करने से हमारी भी पोस्ट डिलिवरी बता रहा था इसी पर कम्पलेन्ट करी थी कॉल करके बोल रहे आपकी पोस्ट डिलिबर हो गई है ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए आपके एरिया के पोस्ट आफिस जाए ,,,फिर पोस्ट आफिस गए वहां से डाकिए का नम्बर लिए तब जाकर उसने 3 दिन बाद डिलीवरी दी हमे ,,
