      Tip: Lang po mom yong hipon mo mom patuyuin mo ng mabuti mom
      At puwedi murin sila yangalin ng Balat mom if gusto mo . Para tunaw na tunaw lasang lasa yung buro mo , pero kung maliliit Lang yung hipon mo mom kahit po wagna . Yung kanin mo kailangan malambot pagkaluto mom ,

    Bakit po mas mabaho ang burong hipon kesa burong isda? Natikman ko na po ata lahat ng buro pero mas nasasarapan ako sa buro ng dalag 💕

      Baka po hindi maganda yung proseso mom at dapat po fresh yung hipon nyo at patutuyuin nyo muna ng mabuti at lagyan ng asin at yung kanin po dapat malamig cya at yung mga lalagyan po ninyo dapat na nabangliian muna ng mainit na tubig at patuyuin din at pag pinerment nyo na cya sarado po ng mabuti yung garapon na walang singaw, hindi po cya babaho pero may amoy din po yan yung natural na ferment parang amoy bagoong isda patis ang amoy hindi po yung mabaho amoy ,pero kung naging mabaho po yung ginawa mom may mali siguro sa pagawa salamat po ulit pero subukan po nyo ulit yung tamang proseso mom salamat po ulit god bless 💋🌷

      Tapos di ko pa tinanggal ulo at bituka nung shrimp

      @@ferdinandmiguelpulia5087 correct ka dyan brother nasa paggawa yun kase sensitive yan fermented kaya dapat malinis para hindj uurin try nalang ulit next time gawa kapatid basta yung bote na lalagyan mo ay banlawan mo ng mainit na tubig at patuyuin, then wag puno lagay ka ng 1/4 space sa bote at sarado mabuti 😊👍salamat kapatid god bless ingat 🙏💋🌷♥️

    dba dpat sapat ang asin at ang kanin pra mas maging permented . kc kung kulang hindi magtutugma ang lasa. pede nmn lagyan ng asukal pag niluto!! kc kulang yan sa asin!!

      Puwedi murin cya dagdagan ng asin sis kayalang hindi kaagad ma fermented yung kanin at hipon dahil sobra din sa asin , at puwedi munaman cya sangkapan ng husto pag niluluto muna cya sis, kase samin mga taga pampanga sis original buro namun ganyan pagawa hindi dinadamian asin para kaagad ma fermented at hindi maalat, katamtaman naman ang pag lagay ng asin , yan sakin husto lang cya hindi naman yung maalat ot matabang
      sis ewan kulang sa ibang lugar sis siguro sila marami maglagay ng asin . At hindi kami nag lalagay ng asukal sa buro sis mag iiba lasa nya, kaw sis kung ano yung masarap sa pang lasa mo Salamat ingat god bless 🙏💋❤️🌺
