Just had a chuckle. I zoomed in on this alleyway on Google as I didn't know that was there. Lo and behold-look what is parked right in alleyway in the photo. Looking at the date, I guess that still falls in the 50 times reminders not to park there. LOL!
OMG, Just had to take a look at it myself and sure as hell you got the clowns Hyundai parked right in the alley way. Thanks for looking that up because now I'm having a chuckle with ya! 🤣

It’s encouraging that he is self aware enough to realize his mental problems are affecting his decision making. Many people have mental problems and never acknowledge them. Seen a few on this channel.
It's frustrating how often people block fire lanes, emergency exits, handicapped spaces...and those people would rather waste time and energy justifying their poor behavior. No sympathy!
I try not to forget it, but I have hip issues so always take my wallet and put it in the console. Need to switch to a cardholder I can put in a front pocket.
Having a mental disorder does not give you an excuse to be putting peoples lives at risk and being entitled. Saying sorry later does not cover your behavior.
Exactly. The number of people with a diagnosis from the DSM without a criminal record is surely not the majority. This child needs raising and some military service to teach him the meaning of honor and duty. Until then, just another windbag with zero self control.
So he parks near work illegally so he can clock in- so that his pay isn’t docked- then he’s going to drive to his parking lot and return to work- and get paid to do all this instead of showing up for work on time. He’s in the same group as employees who take extra long breaks, “step out” multiple times a day for a quick smoke, hide out in the storage room on their phone… While their co-workers are getting paid for actually working and they are slacking.
I've worked with many of those lazy employees and I finally got tired of it one day and told this one girl to just go home I don't need her seeing how I was doing it all myself anyways. She said you're not my boss. I had been there 2 yrs longer so I kind of had seniority. She ended up getting fired because she made the mistake of doing her slacking off while the supervisor was in the building.

My son and I recently completed a first aid class and learned about how crucial quick medical care is in these situations. This guy ought to be happy he's only getting towed and not arrested for impeding responders. Thank you for posting this. Hope your husband has many more years with you.
I was stuck on the side of a highway in Texas for 1hr 45 mins waiting for an ambulance..... had the "Widow Maker" I coded 1 minute after arriving in ER. was a rough day.........
Jeff, you have WAY more patience with these folks than I could ever have. Amazing the attitude people have over a phone call than they have when talking to you in person. Great videos. Keep 'em coming.
This one hit hard for me. My grandfather died because he had a stroke and the ambulance crew couldn't reach him due to a van blocking an access alley, so precious time was lost before he could be treated.
I legit felt bad for him when he admitted he has mental problems and has problems with his control. It does take a lot to tell a stranger that and I felt like he was sincere. I hope he gets the care he needs. I
Until he admitted his problems, he was a ass. Just like all the entitled asses out there. Nobody, can read his nutty mind . So why should everyone give him special attention before hand.
Kind of seemed like he was autistic. I understand why Jeff said what he said and he's in the right but man it breaks my heart whenever someone with mental issues they can't control gets treated like this... I'm fully aware of I'm getting hate for all this.
I'm not sorry for him one bit and I get really tired of people pulling out the mental health situation to get a pass, it's usually programmed in people who have always gotten their way. With his actions and reactions he doesn't need to be driving.
This guy has issues. No excuses for bad behavior and breaking rules or laws. Plenty of free help out there if you want it. Good job once again E A Team, be careful out there! Shout out to Kendra!
I like ya Jeff but I don’t know that you can say he was trying to climb under the fence or break in. He was a little antsy and messed with the fence but unless I missed something he def wasn’t trying to break in.
I was scrolling to see if anyone else noticed that. He didn't say he was trying to climb under the fence to set alarm off, he simply Saud he was trying to set alarm off. You can see him sticking his foot under to set it off. He was just freaking out. It sad it takes Jeff telling him about the heart attack for him to see. I hope. Hopefully he learned his lesson.
@@trurayne7196 NOPE! You are wrong! Jeff said "you were trying to go under my fence here". Jeff is a liar and he lied to the police. He is a real POS! The guy said he was trying to get HIS alarm to go off to get someone's attention.
Thanks Jeff for the comments at the end about Mental Health issues. If you’re someone that has MH issues and you’re just trying to find your way in life, it can be very difficult. In today’s world society isn’t as understanding or forgiving. Thank you again!
I don't think that mental I don't think that mental immaturity equals to poor mental health. It's common knowledge that the male frontal lobe doesn't develop until after their 25 years old. The kid was just mentally immature because he was never taught otherwise and he never took it upon himself to learn otherwise. Is that a mental health issue? Yeah kind of but it all has to do with being responsible for your own self.
When you're yelling at and/or threatening other people, you give up any expectation of 'understanding' or 'forgiveness' from the people you're threatening. Having mental health issues don't excuse acting the way this person did.
@@the_quaint_gypsy It's always wild to me how when someone under 25 either does something bad (like this person) or just something the majority disagree with (decide to not have kids, for instance) people trot out the 'your brain doesn't *really* mature until you're ~insert age here! (I've heard anywhere from 25 to 35)~ saying.
@@the_quaint_gypsyTH-cam doctor diagnosis with grammar errors and a lot of assumptions about about a person you saw a snapshot of less than 15 minutes of his life during a (self-inflicted) stressful scenario. I give the kid props for apologizing and admitting his faults and taking some accountability. That's more than we see so many of the people (older and more life experiences) do when they get their cars towed. P.S. note my correct use of "their"
I have a grandchild that has suffered from mental issues and cutting was one thing we had to deal with. It's very sad to watch someone you love be in that condition. Thankfully with therapy and proper medication their live has improved. Thank you Jeff for being an understanding man. Mental health issues have never been address much. Society and a lot of the medical community think putting them in a facility with other people with issues is the best answer. It can be devastating for many. One on one theraphy helped my family the most.
I also have a nephew who has been mentally incapacitated since birth. He is now in his 50's, but my sister cared for him for 40+ years before she passed away. Still, I know my nephew would NEVER have behaved the way this young man did. I also have a niece who is bi-polar, and, of course she will always have some issues, but she is far more intelligent and controlled in her behavior than the young man in this video has ever been. I seriously feel a lot of sorrow for those who have mental issues, but I was struck by the impression that this guy was just making excuses, as far too many entitled people do these days. I am not without sorrow for that mental condition, but if he is that handicapped, he needs to be cared for, not allowed to roam around and raise he__ with everybody else. I have another relative who does whatever she darned well wants to, whether it's drugs, booze or whatever she happens to want to do at the moment. Her driver's license has been revoked (permanently??????). she's had several cars impounded because she's driving without a license, she was/is hooked on drugs and is basically her own worst enemy. She has absolutely no respect for anyone and I don't want to be around her. If this young man really does have mental issues, I pray that he gets the help he needs. However, I do believe that children and teens have to learn to deal with not getting their own way all the time, and by the time they reach adulthood, they should know and have sense enough to control themselves. Every action one takes is going to have consequences, good actions generally result in good/happy consequences. Bad actions, on the other hand are going to eventually result in bad consequences, and if there's one thing I can't stand it's that sense of "entitlement" that has permeated our entire nation. The world doesn't owe anyone anything.
I have a son who is 22 and suffers from severe anxiety, bipolar, and psychotic delusions. When he is consistently on his meds he is very manageable. When off his meds or self medicating, this would be him. Yes confronted with the fact his actions almost killed someone he would be very apologetic, but faced with not having something he really wanted, his anxiety would kick in and he would act just like this guy waiting at the gate. My son is spent some time homeless and months in a physic hospital. He is now at a group home under constant supervision and is doing a lot better. Unfortunately the drugs he has done in the past have done irreparable harm. This young man does suffer from severe anxiety and other issues, based on his actions. I pray this young man can get the help he needs. Thanks Jeff for being understanding with him.
Isn’t it funny how some of you in the comments excuse their behavior on anxiety and mental disorders when in fact it’s due to lack of parenting and allowing these children to dictate the rules since they were born. Stop making excuses for these worthless people
Where in the video did he try to climb under the fence? I watched the video a couple times but only saw him waiving his hand under the fence a couple times. He also never said he was trying to climb under the fence. Is there a time stamp to his knees making contact with the ground actually making an attempt to go under the fence??
Hey Regan, I agree. I don't fault Jeff, and I wasn't there but I understand he was not mentally stable. But I don't think he was really trying to break in. Certainly suspicious and wierd. He was trying to use his key fob to set the alarm off on his car.. Not the alarm on property.. in his mind he believed that if he had the alarm go off That a worker would come to investigate and he could leave sooner..
Watch the video I enjoy watching your videos but in this particular case with him at your lot early I did not see any indication from the videos that he tried to break in to crawl under your fence. He obviously has some health issues that need to get a dress but in no way was he tried to climb under your fence. I think that was a little bit exaggerated. He also tried to set his alarm off with this fob and yes he was early and people that have anxiety or other mental health issues do start to act a little strange and he exhibited all those symptoms. Enjoy watching your videos. just know that he was in the wrong for parking in the wrong spot but all the stuff that went down at your yard little bit exaggerated on your your part have a good one hope to keep watching your videos.
Let me get this right? These comments? He blocked access for a medical emergency, heart attack, he tore up the inside of a business, he tried to get in around the corner y’all can’t see. That's a really sad video. Hopefully him knowing he'll get towed from here on out taught him a lesson. I get it's hard to deal with today's society and mental health issues on top of that make it twice as bad. You treated him with grace and firm compassion Jeff -- good job.
It sounds like he threw the fit in the restaurant before he spoke with you. It;s very sad that he has mental issues, but he does recognize he has a problem. We all need to be more understanding that not everyone is like us.

Mental heath issues are rough on anyone involved. Doesn't justify his actions at the time, but bravo to the kid for owning up to his actions & being aware he has issues to overcome. Jeff's approach was perfect. Stern disapproval & reprimand for the kids inappropriate actions, yet showed the kid grace once he returned with the $. 🤙
I feel like we all did not need to know the kid had marks from cutting himself. Kind of something that didn't need to be mentioned on the world wide web.
Wow - he begins freaking out on camera a whole FIFTEEN MINUTES(!!) after arriving at the gate. I mean, can you imagine waiting 15 entire minutes?!? "The horror...the horror.." (Apocalypse Now reference😉).This dude needs to chill - seriously.
Yep, he says he has mental issues but he has to understand that his only mental issues are the fact that he does not accept responsibility for his own actions and he is just mentally immature. It needs to grow up intellectually and then he won't have these problems. Once he learns the meaning of accountability and integrity he'll do a lot better in the world.
People don't know how to be bored. He thinks he can get his car faster if he can set off the alarm, probably thinking there is someone sitting at a desk ignoring him or whatever. I have about twenty tabs of AO3, some ebooks, and some podcasts in my phone all the time. That and he's parking in a stupid place then moving his car while on the clock. I've got autism so sometimes I can’t be still, but I can keep myself occupied. Sheesh.
@@the_quaint_gypsy I'm not normally the type to make a comment like this, but the guy clearly has, at the very least, severe anxiety issues. Probably some other stuff going on too. He admitted he was trying to set off the alarm, pretty much trying to breach the property to get a reaction (I.e. alarm). That’d be the “breaking” part of breaking and entering, just not entering, still a crime, albeit only half of it.
@@jessicaslone I’m pretty sure he said he was trying to set their alarm off. Throwing rocks at a car rarely sets its alarm off, especially if you’re throwing them under the fence far away from where his car was parked.
Jeff, you handled him exactly how you should have. I worked in mental health and if a person is out on the streets and acts a hot mess, they get treated just like everyone else. Mental health issues or not. I saw good things happen even though this was a chit show. You didn't treat him with kid gloves. "Someone could have died!" It clicked with him and snapped him out of it. Calling him on trying to break into your yard, he realized that was wrong and apologized. His car is probably his most beloved item right now as many people with mental illness tend to have 1 item that makes them happy. Did he learn with you? Absolutely. The restaurant sounds like they came at him aggressively, which only amped him up more. You were calm and collected, which resulted in a better outcome for you than the restaurant
HE CLEARLY HAS A MENTAL ISSUES wuth those people Jeff is very touchy forgiving him is one thing for his action. Ironically the footage does not show where he was trying to get in it shows him bending over at the fence maybe you have another angle we did not see? But none of what you said tanspired in that footage maybe that is why you dropped it? the police would have needed the footage to make a arrest.
I love seeing the scenery around your business. When you are on the road, to a tow or wrench, I just want to open my windows and smell the fresh scent of nature. It brings me back to many happy moments in my life. Thank you o much. So very glad I found you on TH-cam.
I was always taught that you need to imagine that the police/ambulance/fire trucks, etc. with lights on are going to your house to help a loved one. So pull over, park right, and be respectful, because one day it may be you needing them.
DAMNUH! Maybe ol boy matured just a bit, I hope he gets the help he needs, he reminds me of a few of the foster boys we've had. Mental issues are no joke. Great vid as usual, Y'all ROCK!
To be fair if he wanted in he didn’t try at all that i saw. Could walk to the left easily around gate. judging by his parking job the anxiety goes high and common sense goes low
I also didn’t see the breaking in attempts others did. To me it looked like he was trying to set off his car alarm (by pressing the key fob) to alert someone’s attention in the yard, not that he was trying to set off a burglar alarm. That’s also what I heard him explaining, even though it seems Jeff took it as him talking about the yard alarm vs car alarm. But maybe there are other camera angles they don’t post that show different behaviour…

You handled the guy fine. He had mental problems, you still had to do your job and you talked to the police to make sure you and your family and employees were safe, and you met him with directness and compassion. You handled it fine.
I love coming to Gatlinburg/pigeon forge. I live in Asheville nc so it's not a long drive. I've been coming there since the 90s for minitruckin nationals and for vacations. It's a great place but the traffic can be horrible especially in Gatlinburg. I love watching your videos and knowing exactly where you're at and seeing the places that bring back so many memories.
He looked liked he was looking for a way in. And we didn't see what the other camera caught. There's another business on the property and they have a camera too.
I didn't see him on Jarry camera trying to crawl under the gate and I didn't see him touching the gate all I seen him do is look under the gate but if he only looked under the gate and did not touch it that's not breaking in so it must show on the plumbers camera him trying to go under the gate and going round the fence
You know the guy is special when he has a *whole* Everything Auto video dedicated to him. Wow. Just wow. I don't envy you at all having to deal with this guy.
That young man is in need of some serious help. He is obviously unstable and soes not follow advice or directions. And yes, he clearly was sizing up how to breech that fence and gate.
BINGO! The signs of anxiety are all over the place. He wasn't trying to break it. He was doing mental gymnastics trying to figure out how to make the process go more quickly. The last thing anyone with high anxiety wants is to go to jail.
You may need to put a bench in. It might help relax people a little. People that pace have peace with that. I’m not an expert but I’ve been in a safe place a couple of times.
Can not understand why so many people leave wallets, purses, cash and other valuables in their car. I wouldn't do that if I was parked at home. Common sense is getting harder to find. Great video, super great editing as always. Best on YTube. Kristen you and Jeff are special people.
Good video, real life stuff. In my work I've realized that people with MH problems are no less dangerous than anyone else, and they can be more dangerous and unpredictable, a bad combo, stay safe or there!
You guys came close to getting this guy arrested for felony “burglary other than habitation” or at least misdemeanor criminal trespassing FOR NO REASON. Yeah he’s got some screws loose and was acting nutty but he never once tried to break into your lot and 95% of the comments on this video, including from those who watch you most loyally, agree this was overdramatized. If you’re honest about it surely you’d say your perception of the event might have been a bit clouded by your frustration with him. Let’s not be the little boy who cries wolf and calls the police for no reason.
Don’t think he was trying to get under your fence. He was just trying to get the ring detector to go off and I believe he is using the wrong word by saying “alarm” more than likely. He looks like he is just looking under the fence for people or maybe for his car. He def made poor parking decisions and is a bit of a freak and that’s about it. You didn’t need to escalate by asking if he was calling you liar. This is my opinion as a retired law enforcement dude and even more so, common sense.
Don’t think this guy was trying to break in. He thought someone might be on site, on the property, which was why he was waving at the camera. And he was probably trying to make his car alarm sound to draw attention too if someone was on site. 🤷♂️ No doubt he was acting weird though.
Shout out to Jeff for being human! You guys are always amazing. Taking the time to talk about MH and understanding where that guy is/was in life. Hopefully the things you said will remain in his mind when he gets upset and stressed. THIS INCIDENT is definitely something to make all of us aware that we never know what someone else may or may not do. Always keep your head on swivel.
im saying that if you took that as him "trying to climb under" your fence then you have some problems. There is literally nothing on that camera that you showed that was done illegally. The dude might be sketchy and weird, which he truly is, but that isnt it chief
Many people seems to think the fee EA charges is somehow a fine; it is not and has nothing to do with how long someone might be parked or specifically where. It seems that Jeff might impress this point upon "customers" when they begin to claim things like, "I was only there for 10 minutes." While some parking/towing situations may involve citations, the issue is generally someone parking uninvited upon private property and has no involvement of the municipality. This point gets lost.

Jeff, I don’t think he was trying to go under. I think he was looking for ways to trigger the door to open. Like a release mechanism or some electric safety feature. Having a mental disorder does not give you an excuse to be putting peoples lives at risk and being entitled. Saying sorry later does not cover your behavior.
My thoughts exactly. Today’s world hides behind mental health as if it some get out of jail free card for being assholes.
I was thinking, why not just get to work a little bit earlier so you have time to park? Maybe he will now.

Everyone in comments say the same. He wasn't breaking into the place at least the footage shown he wasn't
I think Jeff exaggerated a bunch or just plain lied to the police. If there was video proof, it would have been shown to us. Anybody's pants on fire?
I was scrolling to see if anyone else noticed that. He didn't say he was trying to climb under the fence to set alarm off, he simply Saud he was trying to set alarm off.
Mental health is very scary. Great job Jeff. ❤ the way you handled it. Stay safe.
Yes, it is heartbreaking seeing someone you love struggling like that. I'm delighted to hear your beloved was helped successfully.
Seems to be a theme with the channel. Love the content but things are exaggerated in a few videos.
He was trying to use his key fob to set the alarm off on his car..
Not the alarm on property..
in his mind he believed that if he had the alarm go off
That a worker would come to investigate and he could leave sooner..
Definitely a stretch. He never tried to crawl under anything. At least it wasn't shown in this video.

He was trying to make his own car alarm go off so someone would hear it and come help him. He wasn't trying to make the business alarm go off.

I didn't see him on Jarry camera trying to crawl under the gate and I didn't see him touching the gate all I seen him do is look under the gate but if he only looked under the gate and did not touch it that's not breaking in so it must show on the plumbers camera him trying to go under the gate and going round the fence
He didn't they're exaggerating
You know the guy is special when he has a *whole* Everything Auto video dedicated to him.
Wow. Just wow. I don't envy you at all having to deal with this guy.
That young man is in need of some serious help. He is obviously unstable and soes not follow advice or directions. And yes, he clearly was sizing up how to breech that fence and gate.
I don’t think he was trying to break in. He’s just got high anxiety and mental issues. He was just trying to get you there faster.
BINGO! The signs of anxiety are all over the place. He wasn't trying to break it. He was doing mental gymnastics trying to figure out how to make the process go more quickly. The last thing anyone with high anxiety wants is to go to jail.
Yep! Nothing worse than a cop caller!
But guess what? Cops would not have been called nor a tow truck if he parked somewhere appropriate.. @@jeffgalloway6400
Make excuses he was looking for a place to get in
Probably drugs not anxiety
You may need to put a bench in. It might help relax people a little. People that pace have peace with that. I’m not an expert but I’ve been in a safe place a couple of times.
Can not understand why so many people leave wallets, purses, cash and other valuables in their car. I wouldn't do that if I was parked at home. Common sense is getting harder to find. Great video, super great editing as always. Best on YTube. Kristen you and Jeff are special people.
People like this are dangerous! No self control is dangerous! Stay away from people like this!
Good video, real life stuff. In my work I've realized that people with MH problems are no less dangerous than anyone else, and they can be more dangerous and unpredictable, a bad combo, stay safe or there!
No excuses for him but I think he isn’t the full package
Love y’all on TikTok and had to watch this one on YT! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for pointing that out! They tried to make it sound so much more dramatic to get views!
He HAS to park NOW... He HAS TO have service NOW! I mean, what are you thinking, WORKING when he WANTS something? LOL
Many people seems to think the fee EA charges is somehow a fine; it is not and has nothing to do with how long someone might be parked or specifically where.
It seems that Jeff might impress this point upon "customers" when they begin to claim things like, "I was only there for 10 minutes."
While some parking/towing situations may involve citations, the issue is generally someone parking uninvited upon private property and has no involvement of the municipality. This point gets lost.
I came across yalls channel a few weeks ago. It's awesome. I have been binge watching on my 75" TV. I absolutely love yalls content. I do not know why there are not a million plus subs lol. I'm in south Texas and I would be petrified of those mountain roads. Yalls area is gorgeous and my wife wants to come up on a vacation and believe me I am paying to park lol. Heck I get charged $20 for two hours of parking at my Dr in the medical center in Houston. It's just what it is. God Bless yall and be safe.
The kid is going to have a breakdown, his reasoning and problem solving needs lots of help! Police are the wrong type of help for him, he needs a friend to take the time out to talk to him!😅
Your channel has better production quality than "reality TV".
Carry on!
If you watch these videos you will see that this tow truck guy and his wife are very dramatic. The guy never tried to climb under the fence, crazy.
So glad to see others feel the same way about them being overly dramatic!!
I liked the very end when the elderly gentleman stopped by to talk. I cherish the moments when someone, especially a vet or elderly person, shares a personal story with me. I don’t care how big of hurry I’m in I will drop everything and listen.
Jeff, I don’t think he was trying to go under. I think he was looking for ways to trigger the door to open. Like a release mechanism or some electric safety feature. I mean same thing, still trying to break in. He also looks like he’s tweekng a bit or in need of a fix. Wouldn’t surprise me if he needed something from the car.
I agree, it looks like there is a huge gap under the gate if he really wanted to get in. I don't think he was trying.
I'd say he's on the spectrum.
@@TonyRulea lot of comments say that
I don't think this is a bad kid at all....I think he is struggling with some issues like we all do, except he just can't handle them. I really wish this kid well. Breaks my heart really
Emergency parking guy really is a twitchy dude.
He was tweaking big time….probably a meth head.
