They call multiple times asking about the vehicle ,they are told cash only and then when arrive at the office always pull out a credit card.
The view of the snow capped mountains…never take that for granted. We had to move away from Knoxville in 2012 after living there for nearly 60 years. We can’t see those mountains from Atlanta! Miss it so much. Will be back soon!
As someone who drives the mountain roads of Alaska it blows my mind how the ventured up there out of gas. We always travel with a fuel can and winter supplies.
You definitely can't fix stupid
Oh definitely, from New England, definitely not compared to Alaska, and I have back ups to my back ups. 🤙
Thanks for sharing the scenery with us. That was beautiful.
Yes!😅 @30:40 "Take Your Sister w You!", I CANNOT count how many times i've thought that same sentiment.😳
The problem is, it's MY sister, and there's only the two of us!🤦🏾♂️😅
It’s hard to believe that not too long ago all of that was covered in snow ❄️ 😮
Ohhhh, that view of the mountains 😮wow PRETTY 😍
love the sign Serenity View....yeah until the snow comes
OMG!!! For real? You two are so patient . I would have blown a gasket 🤯. Love watching you guys. You make my day 👍
your laugh at any situation cracks me up ,
Maybe you could just chock it . Lmao. Gotta love our customers knowledge
Straightening out the tires would have been a better idea. He had positioned himself to go exactly where he didn’t want to go.
Been watching your videos. Last time I was in Gatlinburg was 1985 - and the only traffic then was on 441 and that was it. I cannot believe how crowded it is now. Unbelievable! 😮
MONYAY! Cool shot of the Tram running! Great video! I'm so glad I didn't have to ride all day in that van 😂😂 Y'all ROCK!
When I grow up, I want to have Jeff's patience. Can't be said enough, you two are amazing!!
Good grief , the Van people!!!!!!! 🙄
You did awesome rescuing that guy from flipping over, that was a hairly situation that you handeled well.
The fact that you don't charge some of these people when it gets into multiple hours of waiting for them to pick up their car just shows how kind you guys are.
Just wanna say, i LOVE the James Bond theme at about 10:00 , it totally reminds me of my childhood playing Goldeneye on the N64.
More great work by The Dynamic Duo The out of gas people were a hoot I was LMAO God bless
You have some serious patience. I'm sure those people are great people . But my lord lol .
I'm glad all turned out OK with them.
I'm sure they were quiet, respectful renters for the neighbors.
Working hard to n bring the property values up.
Hey guys I watch all a lot me and my wife work together for 20 years the best part of my life I'm glad you appreciate each other y'all have a good day
Thank you so much for the snow covered mountains view. We have been to the Smoky Mountains in every season but winter. It was so gorgeous!
Wow, what a wild bunch they were. Awesome video, as always. Stay safe and don't work, too hard.

I ran out of gas once when I was 19 and stupid, 50 years later I am still stupid but I never ran out of gas again... :)
Wow! They sounded like they were a fun family for sure.
Jeff, the man in the drive way, was a bit excited, and I would had to, o my that was definitely a step road to go up, that’s why I never cut a tree down all the way those stumps come in handy lol 😂. Thank u for sharing those beautiful mountains, Jeff I agree I could look at those mountains all day. The people with the illegal parking, I hope they learned a lesson. Jeff, Kristen and Kendra 👍🏻.
You guys live in the most beautiful mountains. I live in Utah we have mountains that are beautiful but your guys are awesome.
I visit the Smokies twice a year and love it, however some pictures of mountain scenery in Utah have me itching to visit. You do live in a beautiful state.
The young father (sliding down driveway) was so cute about with his suggestion followed by a shy I don’t know😞. I feel for him I would have come up with a long list of fear induced possibilities.
I've had this guy's same ringtone for years. Goldeneye N64 was the GOAT.
Glad that the owners of the van didn't gibe you a hard time when they picked it up, you guys did go out of your way to try and arrange the pick-up. Don't understand the comments on this one about extortion and questioning you not disclosing your fees. I don't make it a habit of disclosing my income to the public at large, why because its none of their business. I understand that each situation is different and it's a case by case basis. Keep doing you. ❤
So far I haven't had a bad experience with tow drivers. In fact, I owe a lot to the ones near me for helping me out when my new car stopped working, and they offered me a ride home since I was half an hour away. I had to wait for my husband though because we had to immediately pick up our kid from school. Then again when my car quit working on the way home from picking my kid up about a month later.
My "new" car definitely had me on a first name basis with the driver's lol. Always so kind and helpful.
That mountain view is amazing!
I am So glad I don't have neighbors who communicate like that woman and the guy did. TOP VOLUME on everything they said.
