I hate Guacamole, and avacados. Oh, and Brussel Sprouts. Collard Greens too. Yuck! Love pineapple on pizza. Love olives too. And peppers! Especially on a Philly Cheese steak. And sausages are the shizzle. And, I am fine with yellow mustard on a hamburger..
Growing up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio I ate a lot of Polish Boys ... ('Hot Sauce Williams' corner store had the best ones) Couldn't get enuff of the French Fries and Cole Slaw on a Polish Sausage combo 😛 It was a Cleveland food tradition unlike any other. Nice to see our local foodie special get some national 💘
Liver is the one food I refuse to eat. I would eat the onions (the few occasions my Mom made it), but after one bite of liver, no way. The taste and texture made me feel like I was eating poop. I had some bad venison once, and the taste was OK, but the texture reminded me so much of that liver, I refused to eat the rest of it.. and we had been given a lot of venison (the bad stuff though)
Only had liver and onions once in my life. Couldn't finish it. I was a kid, though, so maybe I should give it another shot. I'm not sure if it was the taste or the lack of texture that I found off-putting.

What food do I hate most: Pretty much any / all "organ" meat. Brain, intestine, kidney, liver, heart. I am gagging just typing.

Brussels sprouts are nice when roasted crispy with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
